Mark was a fantastic host. We loved the pool area and had a great swim and drinks on the patio. Ned was very comfy. Such nice touches all over.

I have just spent the last week on the road in 4 different hotels & this was by far the cleanest place my dog & I stayed. Bed was very comfortable, host was very pleasant & coffee was fantastic in the morning. It was a blessing to have a comfortable place to stay with my dog Peace & she got along great with Anny. I would definitely stay here again! Beautiful home with a pool and hot tub. Great view of the water as well. Very comfortable. Large curved screen TV with recliners that have massage controls. The owner was so helpful and gave us plenty of space. Very clean. Peaceful.

It was clean and you can tell he took care of everything. The downfall was I wasn’t aware that there would be people staying in the other room as he ASSURED me twice I would be the only one. Two days in a couple arrived, whom mind you I had to share a tiny bathroom with which I find disgusting! but the lady had some problems and she would sleepwalk at night so I was terrified and locked my door, because she almost burnt the whole kitchen down at one point. Another thing please if you go bring transportation and your own food. He made it seem like it would be like a Bed and breakfast very sweetly offering me meals and comfort through a text BEFORE I got there. He cooks one meal the first day I got there. The rest of the time he cooked for himself and never offered one thing to me or made me feel comfortable enough to use anything of his so I spent hundreds of dollars on Uber’s to rely on food. Plus he had me washing dishes at one point as well I just felt like I maid and uncomfortable it just wasn’t my style I wouldn’t go back. oh he is also there 90% of the time so you don’t get much privacy, unless you lock yourself in your room like I did which I shouldn’t have had to feel that way on vacation. He told me the pool and the Jacuzzi would be free for me to use but it’s a little awkward when somebody that you don’t know is there and you’re swimming around in their pool and in the hot tub with them! My last complaint is that he says the beach is walking distance from his house. That is very untrue….. yes it is walking distance if you want to walk 45 minutes one-way and 45 back in the beating down sun and get blisters on your feet it is not in the back of his yard like he made it sound.

Besides all that everything was clean. Mark was decent. Just not worth what I paid. I wish he would have said please bring transportation so that you’re able to get your own food and go to the beach etc. then it would have been OK because I would never be there but it was stupid of me to go down with no transportation again I thought he wasn’t going to be there and that the house would pretty much be my realm and that I wouldn’t have to share a bathroom with two other people yuck.

The location of our stay was excellent and our host was outstanding! He went above and beyond to communicate effectively with us and made our stay an awesome experience. We were new to the area and he helped us get situated quickly which allowed for us to maximize our time recreating and conducting some real estate business in the area.

We liked everything about our room, the location, and our host. We have no negative feedback to provide. It was awesome!

This property is 5 minutes from a small beach and close to restaurants, shops etc. It is the first time that we stayed in a shared house but the property is immaculate and has everything to give you comfort and to make you feel at home

Mark...the Host is very friendly. It is in a quiet neighborhood if you like to walk.The water view is not directly to the property but you can see the river in between houses,you just can't trespass.

My room is adjacent to the laundry room and it makes spinning noise enough to keep you awake.I took Uber to the beach and back.It is not a direct access to the beach although it is nearby.It is a loop around the bend...not a short walk when it is hot.

The host Mark is very responsive and his dog Charlie just makes the whole thing worth it! We rented with Mark unexpectedly due to an issue with our travel plans. Mark was very nice and understanding about everything. We had really nice conversations and able to go about our vacation completely unhindered. We are grateful that we found his location and were able to stay.

Nothing really stood out as a negative. Florida is ridiculously hot, but Mark really can't control that! His AC worked great!

This property is walking distance or short drive about 1 mile to the beach and the boat house restaurant. Great owner and happy dog Charlie. Charlie likes to take walks and is very friendly.

Air conditioning timer goes back up in the middle of the night, so the air conditioner is great going to sleep 72 degrees and then raises to 77 degrees at 5:00 AM. 77 degrees in Florida is too clammy even at 5:00 AM. Timer needs to be adjusted. I woke up each night to readjust the thermostat.
