This was our first time in Maui. This property is a central location to adventure from in all directions. The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved waking up and returning to it each day. The property owner was very communicative throughout the booking and stay process, ensuring everything was ok. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to make the trip easy.

This property was perfect for our family, including my 2 teenage boys! It was very comfortable and roomy! The second bedroom was set up for them and the unit was stocked with everything we needed (beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, etc)! Kate was such a gracious host and has really thought of everything! She was a great communicator and the check in / out process was super easy! The location is perfect, too! It was about 30 minutes from Wailea or Lahaina! Oh, and the view is amazing from the balcony!!!!!

Great view, condo was as described online. Clean, cozy & in a nice area. Condo is well stocked with beach toys, towels, sand toys chairs & cooler. Total beach vaca treat! Co do also we’ll stocked with toilet paper & necessities. We didn’t need to buy any paper towel, silverware, t.p, ect. I also appreciate that they let prior guests leave unopened drinks & condiments in fridge. Soo helpful! Loved our stay we all agreed we’d stay here again if we visit Maui!

The property was very clean and well stocked with beach supplies and detail information on the condo. The property manager provided great information on things to do. we were walking distance to the harbor where there was shopping a small grocery and a few restaurants. easy commute to Kihei and Lahaina. we had a great stay.

We had a great time in Maui and enjoyed the condo very much. It was very clean and well appointed with all the essentials. Nice central location and very quiet. Was fun to be right on the ocean and saw turtles right out our patio window. Would stay again for sure

We are former owners of another unit in Kanai A Nalu. The location of theses condos is the best in all of Maui. They are central to nearly everything! This unit is extremely well maintained. It's very clean and supplied with anything you might require. The owner, Kate, is a very pro-active communicator. The on-site orientation notebook explains everything! The views...well, those are life changing! Kate's unit is amazing!

Great location with beach access. Both beds are huge and make for a good nights rest. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything most cooks will need. Comes with 4 beach chairs,2 boogie boards, and snorkle equipment. Central location for easy access around the island. They have everything you will need down to q-tips in the bathroom to clean the ocean water out of your ears! Perfect place to stay and we will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Kate's condominium at Maui. It is centrally located with easy access to Airport, Road to Hana, Kihei and Lahaina. The condo had all the required amenities plus extra that you don't find at other places. The instructions were very well detailed and documented that made it very easy for us to use the amenities. We got to see lot of whales from the lanai in the morning. I would definitely stay here again in future.

It was nothing short of amazing. We saw whales and turtles right off our balcony. Sunrises and sunsets breathtaking. The owner has left you wanting or needing you for anything. Kate was so helpful and accommodating!! Highly recommend.

The condo is very well located. Tremendous view of ocean. Is extremely well appointed with everything needed for a lovely vacation. Kate is incredibly customer focused, responds quickly to questions and goes out of her way to give the "renter" an excellent experience.

The condo was perfect! Everything we needed was already there for us and the condo itself was beautiful and very clean! The view from the Lanai was to die for! Such a wonderful place to start and end every day. We truly loved watching what we felt were our very own sea turtles as they would frolic in the surf!

Kate had Everything ready for us and check in was a breeze. We loved setting on the lanai watching the waves. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable visit. We will return.

Amazing! Perfect! Everything you need us there… the just are also amazing, providing us instructions, ideas on what to do, restaurant around, etc… they provided us with plenty laundry soap, dish soap… we found in bathrooms shampoo, soap etc… the host left beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gears… beach towels etc… the place was spotless! A beautifull condo! 💕💕💕💕

This was literally the perfect condo, right on the water….. perfect view for my morning coffee. Kate was so amazing at communicating with anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

We just returned from a wonderful week in Maui! Kate is the best host -- she sent me everything I needed for to prepare for the trip (including grocery store info, etc) and is so responsive to emails. The property itself was perfect for our family of four. The condo is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We walked in and the place was spotless -- but the best part is the view! Right in front of you is the water and palm trees. We spent plenty of time on the lanai just taking in the sounds of the water. The property is located in a quieter part of Maui near the aquarium, and we enjoyed being outside of the more touristy areas like Kihei and Lahaina. We went to those places to eat/sightsee, and then came back to our peaceful retreat. There are so many beaches in Maui, but my kids just wanted to spend time on Sugar Beach (right outside), which is not crowded and has plenty of good waves. We had a truly wonderful vacation and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. Thank you, Kate!

We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching for sea turtles. This condo has everything you will need for a family vacation… the owners have thought of it all!

Our family stayed in this waterfront Maalaea condo as a base for numerous wedding activities around the island. The location was perfect for us; it was quiet and tranquil and convenient to everything. We enjoyed long walks on the beach at low tide, the trade winds during the day, and listening to the waves crash against the sea wall at night. Views of Haleakala were icing on the cake. The host is very thorough in her communications, and the condo is very well maintained and stocked. Should we ever return to Maui, she will be my first contact! We would recommend you stay here away from the crowds and resorts if you are so inclined.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner has impeccably decorated the space so that whomever stays is extremely comfortable. The condo itself is beautifully looking out at the ocean, so much you can feel the sea spray mist while sitting on the balcony . Such a glorious sight! There was not one item that had to be purchased other than food from the grocery store. The condo was efficiently stocked and organized with high end appliances, utensils and commonly needed supplies. There were coolers, ice packs, beach gear (chairs, mats, boogie boards and snorkeling sets). We love everything about this condo and already planning to stay here the next we’re in Maui! This property is well managed and very clean with everything needed for a vacation stay. The owners are so kind and helpful. The lanai view is incredible and the beds are so comfortable! They thought of everything.

Had a wonderful time at Kate’s place. The property had everything that we needed plus some! Communication was wonderful and check-in was a breeze. From before arrival to during the stay to departure everything was seamless thanks to the amazing owner. This condo was by far the best condo we have stayed in on this part of the island. It had everything we needed for the beach, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, well kept and views you can’t beat! We will definitely be making another stop here!

This property was absolutely Amazing!! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The balcony was a favorite place to sit and listen to the surf. The manager of this property not only responded to every single question I had texted but she did it very very quickly!
