Muy recomendable !! El dueño muy amable , atento y detallista . En la llegada nos entregó las llaves el personalmente . Nos mostró el apartamento, nos indicó la funcionalidad de las llaves y el wifi . Además muy detallista recibimiento con bebidas, frutos secos y bombones . Tenía mucho confort el apartamento , la ubicación era muy buena , apartamento tranquilos . Todo en perfecto estados y limpio. Volveré a repetir !!!

Todo!!! Me gustó todo!!! El apartamento es bonito, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para tus vacaciones. El parking privado lo hace mucho más valioso. Leo es fenomenal!!! Te ayuda en todo!!! Es como tener un hermano mayor pendiente de ti todo el tiempo y eso lo hace muy, pero que muy especial!!! Su hermana y ay madre muy amables cuando llegue!!! A pesar de estar tan cerca del Yumbo y con toda la fiesta del carnaval, no se oye tan alto si cierras bien las ventanas, he dormido de 10!!! Es todo…la cama súper cómoda, sofá, la terraza para cenar al fresco con vistas a la piscina…en fin…Leo, espérame que vuelvo!!!

Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, avec 2 chambres.
Très bonne communication avec Léo par WhatsApp avant l’arrivée.
Transfert de et vers l’aéroport possible malgré une arrivée de nuit, encore merci.
L’appartement est idéalement situé au pied du yumbo et la plage accessible à pied.
Des attentions à l’arrivée, bouteille d’eau, bière, bonbons, gâteaux.
Vue sur la piscine, escape piscine très agréable et bien entretenu.

We can't thank Leo enough for his hospitality. The apartment was amazing; from the facilities to the location everything was perfect and we will most certainly stay there again in the future! Leo even left us some beers in the fridge which were sorely needed after our journey :)

Nice location, very convenient and central. You can walk to the Playa des Ingles.
Leo was very friendly and welcoming.
A bit noisy from time to time, but i guess every building in this central area would have the same issue.

Newly renovated modern apartment on the 3rd floor with views over the pool from the balcony which gets the afternoon sun. Right next to the lively Yumbo. Very comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. Large fridge with good size freezer, washing machine, huge smart TV. Leo, the host was so kind and took us to and from the airport which was great. He even left New Year party bags and the traditional 12 grapes for us to celebrate the arrival of the New Year. Will certainly go again.

nice cozy Appartement,close to yumbo centrum and the owner was so friendly and bring us back to airport for free. sure unwilling come back again someday 😉.they have private wash Maschine on the bad room 😉

Where to begin, my stay at coconoa beach apartment was just the most wonderful experience, and, made my holiday perfect.
Our host Leon and his beautiful sister have made us so welcome and made us feel very special, nothing being too much trouble. Leon has made numerous trips to the airport as we all arrived at different days and times and the cost was greatly reduced from private hire.
The apartment is perfectly located for the yumbo centre but very peaceful. It’s furnished to a great standard sofa being very comfortable and Netflix available too. Beds are very comfortable and shower is always hot with good pressure. Kitchen is well equipped and pristine. There is also a very nice pool and plenty of sun beds. I can’t mention any negatives as there are not any at all. I can’t wait to return very soon,and, would highly recommend a stay at coconoa beach. Many thanks for the warm welcome Leon and for ensuring our stay was most enjoyable.
