We have two young kids and this house was perfect! Great location allowing us to bike to SHARC and Village easily. Hot tub was perfect. Grassy back lawn allowed us to play. Layout of house was great for secluding away little ones for nap time or early bedtimes

The house was ideal for our family of 7. So nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bath. Also, the deck and hottub were perfect. Having an actual lawn was so nice. We played badminton and could kick a ball around.
The house is close enough to the village, sharc and the river to make bike riding very easy and enjoyable. We would definitely use this house again if we are fortunate to get the whole family together again.

This home worked well for our family of eight. I loved that each bedroom had a private bath room. I liked the location and the private setting. We could easily walk to the Sunriver Village.

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's all on one floor and the bedrooms are all in separate corners of the house, each with it's own bathroom. It's arranged well for socializing, watching TV, playing games and for dining. The hot tub is just right. Will stay again.

My only negative comment would be that the house said it came with 10 shark passes, but there were only 8. House was very clean, except for one of the beds had a pair of dirty socks in it when we went to go to bed. Otherwise, we were very happy with the house

This spacious home is well located with a great layout. After years of renting vacation homes in Sunriver, this was our first single story home. We'd give it a 5 star only after the list of issues we provided to management are resolved.

Place was very comfortable, hot tub was fantastic. We discovered last night that one of the recliners in the couch was not working properly. It should be looked at.

Beautiful home, perfect layout with bedrooms on each side of the living room. All four bedrooms were en-suite and bunks were a hit with the younger family members.Spacious back deck, nice grassy space, large hot tub, large kitchen for a few people to help prepare the holiday meal together, huge garage where we enjoyed several games of regulation Corn Hole,
and a great private driveway. Our family enjoyed our stay and will be back again next year for sure!

End of summer wear and tear was evident and no second night stand in 3rd bedroom. Otherwise super. Would stay again!

Lay out of the home is perfect for a large family.

We stayed the week of 4th of July. This house was perfect for our family of 10 that included grandparents and a toddler. Having everything on one level, but also with four private spaces worked well for us. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. The house is set back from any main road and has a nice grassy area in the backyard. Ample parking in the garage and SHARC passes for 10 were also a plus! Our only complaint would be that although there are plenty of bikes and helmets, some of them are old and/or broken. Overall a great house!

Our family loved the layout of this house. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was a great size and hot. Location was perfect for us to walk to the village. The only downside was there was a lot of dog hair everywhere.

We have rented many different properties over the past 20 + years, and this is our favorite; 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; all on one level; large garage; centrally located for easy access to all facilities; great kitchen; TV; outdoor patio; large lot (1 acre) with privacy; we hope to rent this property in the future.

Perfect family vacation retreat
This home was cozy, light filled and clean. The four bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which felt luxurious. The location was a short bike ride to the Village and to Fort Rock Park. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect family spot
The location is wonderful...open space for littles to play, hot tub, tons of movies, board games, internet access. Spent the days on the slopes and the evenings enjoying family time. We will be back!

Thanksgiving 2021
We stayed here with family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house layout was great with lots of rooms for the kids and separation for the adults. Great proximity to all things Sunriver

Perfect home
Loved that this home was one level but still had great separation of rooms. Cruiser bikes were fun and hot tub was perfect. Only thing missing was a foosball or ping pong table! We will probably use this house again if it’s available!

8 senior women on a Fall golf trip
Our travel group loved this property. It had 4 bathrooms and 4 bathrooms. Placement of the bedrooms and quality of construction allowed for not only privacy but for longer sleeping time for our late sleepers. The open floor plan was perfect. The long dining table worked well for meals and for evening games and there was plenty of room to gather on the living room couches. It was an ideal property for our group.

Wonderful place!
Wonderful place! Our families had a great time barbecuing, Riding bikes, and hiking. We floated the Deschutes river. Very peaceful area and the place was spacious!

Great property, kid friendly!
This house was the perfect place for our multi-family getaway! Close to the village and direct access to bike/walking paths. With three kids under 5, we enjoyed the big yard and the fact there were no stairs or other hazards in the house. This would be great for anyone with accessibility needs too! Highly recommend, will stay again!

Home was nice, the setup with 4 bathrooms worked very well. Some items we noticed, gas fireplace was hot to the touch, the pilot light seemed to have a very large flame even though it was off. The floor or carpet had film that left socks and feet very dirty even after we mopped. The front left bedrooms a/c did not work well, the room was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish it had been longer. The house had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay and the scenery outside was amazing!!

Perfect house for multiple families
I loved that this house had 4 bedrooms on every corner of the house and they each had their own full bath. The open kitchen/dining/living room layout makes it so that everyone can hang out and there’s plenty of room. The outdoor deck and grassy lawn was an added perk for our summer stay.

Great home and location!
Comfortable and spacious home in a nice and private setting. Bikes for use was very nice. Lots of fun for the family and close to The Village.
