The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for the size of our group. The layout allowed for our group of 14 to hang together but big enough and the design allowed for us all to have "Our Space" also. The view of the Table Rock Lake is amazing and the two large decks was perfect for viewing, relaxing, and the fireplace set everything off perfectly. It had a great balance of "Things to do" and space to live. The house was immaculate and Beth could not have been any easier or better to work with. I highly recommend this property if your looking for this size house and without a doubt, we'll do it again.

The property was extremely nice and looked exactly like the photos. It was above and beyond our expectations and was definitely plenty of space for our group. We would choose to stay here again. Hopefully the owner will consider extending the check out time to 12 noon. After speaking to other guests nearby, their checkout time was 12 noon.

This house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We loved that there was a washer/dryer located on both floors of the home. The view was beautiful. The pool was a little bit farther away than we expected so we just hoped in the car the second time we went.

This was absolutely a perfect place for our family. We had enough rooms for everyone which included their own bathroom. That was a fabulous asset. All of us commented how the layout of the house fit everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend this place. They are great people to work with and will help you with anything you need!!

Location was convenient. Neighborhood still under construction and new house partially blocked lake view. Home was clean and provided the bedrooms / private bathrooms needed. Could have used more seating, especially on decks.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the home. There was plenty of space for everyone. We all had s great time being all under the same roof. The space was clean, beds were comfy and the kids and even big kids enjoyed the game room upstairs. The kitchen was so big and the two tables with bench seating was plenty big to seat our big group of 14.

Had an awesome time staying at the property! It was clean and exactly as described. I would love to come back again and eill definitely recommend to a friend!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is well-maintained and is as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The downstairs noise didn’t bother those sleeping upstairs. Also, those in the downstairs bedrooms didn’t complain of hearing footsteps from those upstairs. The hosts were excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again. The owners have no control over the neighborhood but I wanted to make future travelers aware of a few things. There is a good bit of neighborhood construction but that didn’t bother us. A row of homes is being built in front of the deck that partially obstructs the view. All of the trees shown in the photos are now gone. Homes are very close in the neighborhood but that wasn’t a problem for us as it wasn’t crowded during our stay. For those that don’t like steep roads, note that the road onto the street where the home is located is quite steep. Parking is parallel in front of the home.

We had a wonderful stay minus a water line break the first day that resulted in the fire department showing up. The house was very roomy. With 9 adults and 3 kids, we never felt like we were in each other’s way. I would rent the house again.

We had a wonderful time! The house is large, had a great layout, and is perfect for a big group. We loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom. It was clean and the view was beautiful! We will definitely be back!!!

We had 9 adults at this property spending the weekend and had an amazing time.. the property manager did an awesome job communicating before the stay with all the details and we even had a couple of questions during our stay and Beth was prompt to answer. We will be staying here again and would recommend to anyone.

The only downside was the neighborhood is in the midst of construction. During the week it was noisy and not very relaxing. Other than that the house was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here at this property. We had 6 adults, 3 teens, and 5 kids in our group. It had lots of space with the 2 separate living areas and two decks for everyone to spread out. Having an en suite bathroom in each bedroom was really nice. The kitchen/dining area was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. Mornings could be a little loud when the kids wake up because of the hardwood floors. Kids loved the pac-man game, shuffleboard, bags, & foosball. There is construction going on at this time, but after the first day, didn't really notice it. The road getting to the house area is a little steep, but that is not all that unusual for the Branson area. The community pool and clubhouse were really nice. They were pretty close; you could walk 4-5 mins or drive 1 minute. The owner was great and answered all our questions during our stay in a prompt manner. Only issues we had were the Pac-man game sometimes wouldn't work and the bags game is in need of serious repair/replacement.

This home was truly beautiful and so spacious, we unfortunately weren’t there long. But the time spent was worth it! We do plan on coming back and staying longer to fully enjoy the home! They only thing was the parking.. for homes this large would be nice to have at least 4 spots in front of house reserved.. we only had 3 cars and one had to park 3 houses down. Other than that everything was perfect!

Overall the home was perfect for us. The kitchen accessories were well stocked! Nice bathrooms. Parking and maneuvering the construction equipment was challenging. We knew there would be construction but the jack hammer noise was not expected. Made things very dusty outside. :(. Black out curtains on the bedrooms would also help w sleeping especially for young guests. Overall we had a wonderful time with plenty of room! Thank you

Thank you for a great stay at your property. The house was very clean and loved all the cookware, double dishwasher and especially the added touch of the Christmas tree. It was perfect. My family had a little difficulty getting into the tall beds, but it was definitely hilarious watching everyone trying to get in. Thanks again.

Everything was wonderful! The house was spotless! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and hang out. The balconies had spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Our family had a wonderful stay and we hope to return very soon! I would highly recommend staying at Beth’s place!

Our large family spent 2 nights and we will be back. This home had plenty of space, bathroom for each room and was super clean. We plan to make this an annual trip. Beds are very high off the ground so it was a little difficult for the grandmas so a small step stool would be helpful.

The property was very nice, and perfect for the golf weekend we had planned! I would highly recommend it!

I would not hesitate to rent this house again after the construction is completed around it.

The Good beautiful home. beautiful view off decks we all enjoyed the convenience of toilet/Showers for each bedroom The Bad The beds are too tall. I am 6'2" and I had trouble getting into bed. My Son In law at 6'2" said he needed a running start to attack the high hurdles. Imagine the challenge of my 87 mom, who stand 5'2" trying to get into bed. the only low bed was a bunk bed on second floor and Mom was not about to climb stairs. we had to buy a 3 step, step ladder. not exactly very smart to have Mom climbing up a step ladder, with her history of falls. we had been told there would be construction down the hill. obviously homes still being built. but we were not ready to have excavators, jack hammers breaking rock bed, dozers, and dump trucks operating off the decks. besides the noise e ( which started at 7:00 ) the dust was terrible.
