Great condo. 8 adults in our family. Room for everyone without getting in each other’s way. Bella Riva is one of the nicer condos on Okaloosa Island. Kind of quiet. Not too rough. The management company is easy to work with.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at 205 Bella Riva and what an amazing week it was. The place is actually even bigger and better than the pictures. It is very well equipped. It has plenty of serving dishes and large pots and pans--which of course were needed for a big turkey dinner. It's a beautiful condo with incredible views. One of the best features is that it is very sound proof.

Very nice property. View is awesome and the condo is very spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We were close to everything we needed.

This condo was perfect for our family. It is in a great location and perfect being so close to the beach with little ones. We had a great week.

In general the unit was quite nice and the view was amazing. However it was unpleasent to arrive and find toilet paper strown across the kitchen floor and Uneaten food in two of the four bedroom. One day we had to evacuate the building due to what we were told was a faulty alarm system that did not provide any comfort . Would it work in the event of an actual emergency ??? I was recovering from surgery & did well to make it to our 2 alloted chairs. Every time we went to the beach & got settled in a set of 2 chairs we were told we were in the wrong chairs and forced to move by a snarky attendant who told me they could be either my friend or my enemy. Yes Drake really said that ! I dont enjoy being harassed on my vacation. There needs to be a better system for assigning chairs, maybe as simple as just putting the room #s on them. And to top it all off we had two cars & 2 parking passes for 2 parking spaces. 1 marked 1 designated unmarked spot which we were told was wrong again because someone else in that building preferred to park there and we were told to move Again ! I go on vacation to relax not to be harassed by peons on a power trip If it wasnt for the view.... it may not have been worth it. Because of these reasons i will not book at Bella Riva again nor reccomend anyone else to

Great location and view. Well stocked kitchen with ample utensils, plates and glasses to accommodate 10 guests. Liked the tables and chairs on the balcony but it would be nice to add a chaise lounge or two. Overall, some furniture in the unit seemed a little well worn. For instance the seat cushions on the living room furniture was worn/soft and provided little support. The bed in the master was an issue as well. Admittedly it can be difficult to please everyone because of the different preferences in mattress firmness, but we found the one in the master bedroom to be particularly uncomfortable and never got used to it. Also the bed in the guest bedroom with the shared bath squeaked with the slightest movement. Still, we enjoyed our stay very much !

Bella Riva 205 was a great place for 10 family members, 6 adults and 4 children ages 9-17, to stay. The condo, beach and resort was wonderful! We will be back!

This is our third stay at Bella Riva and as always, the condos here are lovely. This particular condo had foam mattresses in the master and one other bedroom. Therefore this was possibly the best bed we've had yet out of the 3 condos we've stayed in. It also had a bunk room which was great fun for the children. We enjoyed having a large dining room table inside and a circular table outside. There were ample towels, dinnerware and cooking items. The beach here is never too busy and the view is beautiful. We will definitely be back again.

This is a beautiful well maintained and equipped unit. The bedding was very comfortable. It suited our family of 10 well. I can't say enough good things about the staff of Compass Resorts! They were very attentive to any issues and very pleasant to work with. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars was parking. They only allow 2 vehicles per unit in this complex, which is an issue for 3 families with car seats. One vehicle had to be parked 2 blocks away which was very inconvenient. If you park in the lot without a pass they will tow your vehicle which happened to another family in a different unit. I would stay here again if they change the parking. In a 4 bedroom unit it really should come with 3 spaces. Apparently this is part of the HOA for Bella Riva and has no bearing on Compass Resorts. I will definitely use Compass again and really hope they change this, Bella Riva is a beautiful complex.

From the first phone interaction with Compass Resorts, to our arrival, the stay, and departure, we have nothing but positive things to say. I recommend using the Compass Resorts app. It was extremely helpful, as were each and every employee I spoke with over the phone. More companies should be like Compass Resorts. The property is amazing. When we arrived, it was ready, clean and stocked. Things we particularly enjoyed were the Master suite with balcony overlooking the beach, all Viking kitchen appliances, gas grill, very secure atmosphere, and location. We would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning again.

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo was spacious and comfortable for our entire family. We loved the private location on Okaloosa Island. In addition to the privacy, we found ourselves conveniently close to excellent restaurants, family attractions, and Florida nightlife. The area has something for everyone! The condo itself has all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen with Viking appliances and gas grill on the balcony. With this condo we didn't have to fight for a grill to use with all the other residents! What a bonus! The condo was in immaculate condition which makes a clean freak like me tremendously more comfortable staying here. The view from the second floor is perfect! You can't find a a better unobstructed view of the beaches anywhere else!

This was a beautiful condo, spacious, well-maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the amenities, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. The balcony was large with an outdoor grill, and offered a spectacular view. The pool and grounds were well-maintained and secure. Although the location is convenient to shops and restaurants, the condo is in a peaceful and secluded area. I give this condo a high recommendation!

I was very pleased that the virtual tour showed exactly how the room looked. Very clean and extremely comfortable! We used the outdoor grill and cooked in several nights - everything we needed was there - well stocked kitchen! The Bella Riva property was pretty, the pool clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful time and would recommend staying there to anyone!

I have to say this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. I felt at home with the same conveniences and this place did not lack any. The condo was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The workers and security were polite and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The location was convenient to many attractions and restaurants while also feeling secluded. I would definitely recommend this place again and again!
