The property was in good condition . Only complaints would be the dining table was very wobbly and the bed was harder than we like. Overall the stay was good.

We loved the condo from the moment we entered it! It was clean, cool and there were lamps on (which were very helpful since we arrived after dark). Perfect amount of space for our family of 5- there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable in the dining and living room. It is very conveniently located. It is an easy walk to the beach with small children and close by dining and entertainment. I do wish that the king mattress was updated to a newer more comfortable mattress though. Other than that we have no complaints!

The property was an excellent choice for a stay on Tybee Island, located extremely close (two blocks) north of the main drag of restaurants and bars--plus, the beach was only a five minute walk down the street. The condo was well appointed, and very clean. It had all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay, and a surprising amount of space that allowed for everyone to have some personal space to unwind. The hosts were extremely communicative, and only a text message away. I'd highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay on Tybee Island.

The location of this property was perfect for us. Close to the beach, the pier, grocery store, restaurants and golf cart rental.
This property did not have a great view but the temps were cool so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the deck.
The lock on the main door needs some attention and the one sliding door had a broken lock. The washer was broke and was not fixed until the day before we left so that was really inconvenient, they offered some money back but there were strings attached that we leave a 5 star review. As someone from out of state I depend on honest reviews so I refused the money. I don’t want my review to be bought…!
Overall we were happy and would stay at this property again. Great communication from the staff!

The location was great. We split our vacation days between beach time and going in to Savannah for tours, etc. Half block to the beach so we didn’t have to pack and drive and pay for parking. The condo is roomier than it looked in the pictures. The host was very responsive to the messages I sent. IGA just down the street made it easy to get the groceries we needed for our eating-in meals.

Enough bath towels but no beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. Everything worked perfectly except the porch light and the storage closet for unit F would not close. Great location to beach, shops and restaurants. I didn’t see a grill. The pool was very nice but a little too far (10minute walk) and closed every day at 5:00 which is when the waves were bigger and we wanted to go in the pool. Space was nice and worked well for us. Thanks for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. It's within walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay (beach, biking, shopping & food). The pool was way too hot to enjoy swimming in it & we weren't given the code to get in until an hour after it was supposed to open. We were told we were waiting on the all clear from Maintenance, yet while waiting outside the gate, we didn't see any maintenance workers the entire time. That would be my only complaint.
The distance to the beach was great! We'd recommend this unit to others & would stay again!

Close to beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store
Love how close this was to everything but still far enough away that it was quiet. So easy to get to the beach we could leave all of our beach stuff in our spot and run home for little things if we needed them. Also just far enough from the crowds that our beach was not too crowded. Great property for a great price and location! Would stay here again. Didn’t use our car at all once we parked under the condo!

Amazing stay
This property was extremely clean and the location is perfect. It is only a block from the ocean and just blocks from restaurants and shopping. This was our fourth time renting the unit and we will definitely be back!!

Tybee Break
The condo was very comfortable , good location , close to beach and shops. Access to heated pool was huge bonus for grandchildren. Manage staff were consistently helpful and attentive.Our best stay on Tybee to date!

Location Location Location
This place was perfect. Not only was the condo clean, updated and well maintained...you could walk everywhere! Restaurants, groceries, beach access, bars and shops - all were mere moments away. Park the car and forget about it! During our stay it was exciting to see other residences being renovated and updated - this is such a cute area. Next time Tybee crosses my mind this will be where I want to stay.

We were in town for a girls weekend. The location was great, it was close enough to the city, but far enough away it wasn't super crowded. The condo was extremely clean and all the neighbors we met were super friendly.

Great location near everything!!
Went down for a girls weekend and couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance for great food and music at night. The beach was a short walk as well. Plenty of room for 3 couples to stay and more than enough for just us 3. Nice stocked kitchen with everything you need. Dishwasher was difficult to figure out. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot
Half a block from the beach. Groceries, restaurants, shops and anything you could want is walking distance. Seamless contactless check in. Everything in the unit was great. Perfect spot to stay and explore Tybee from. Great value.

The actual renting process was great. However, i would have liked pictures if views from the windows which were looking out on old unkept properties with horrible rundown golf carts, plants growing on roofs, etc. & trash scattered all along the path to the beach. It was all very depressing. The inside was dated, but something you could live with if the surrounding area had been more pleasant to the eye.

Nice place very close to the beach
The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We didn’t use the pool since it was far enough away to be inconvenient (especially since we were so close to the beach). Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thanks!
