More “free” water bottles in the room!

Wonderful newer hotel with a contemporary feel; location was ideal for our needs within close proximity to all conveniences! Nice pool, good amount of seating/lounge chairs and cabanas. Ping-Pong table and a few other lawn games. Attentive staff ready and willing to assist with a couple of our questions.

bed and pillows were great and shower was good. that's what I care about most. After that, the design being modern is amazing. we used the refrigerator and was surprised it actually froze the icepack we put in it. Elevators were so smooth it didn't know they were moving. TV controls were easy to use. Overall a very functionally designed room. Some one had their thinking cap on.

Can't think of anything really. I couldn't figure out how to shut the shower door without water getting on the floor. Took two showers and it happened both times. Maybe I had the wrong door closed to the wall. If that is what I did wrong, you might want to have them marked or you are going to end up with a lot of water damage if they are all similar.

Sucked to get a call the day of the lil g us we might not have a bed for our kids to sleep in because they oversold. Getting into the pool area was weird because you had the traipse through the lobby by the restaurant to get there.

The staff was exceptional, everyone I had spoken to was very friendly and helpful. The woman that helped us when I checked was very informative and recommend your restaurant. Great recommendation.

Everything about our experience was perfect. Restaurant on site was excellent. Liked that it was open til 10 so we had a place for a nice dinner since we didn’t arrive until 8:30 pm.

Rooms a little small/tight. The sprinkler head leaked water/oil on the floor.

We liked the room, restaurant in hotel. Beds were comfortable.Staff was welcoming, courteous and available to our needs. We also liked the location of hotel

Didn't like that we have to go out the front to get to pool, having to cross in front of restaurant. It felt like we were being watched the whole time at pool, part of restaurant. Also, bigger trash containers in room would be nice and rooms are a little pricey.

Clean. Pillow top bed. Comfy. Nice that there is a restaurant on premises. Staff was nice.
