Excellent size caravan, just two of us, but easily would sleep 4 people. Very clean. Great location, swimming pool was warm and easy to walk to. Just a short walk into swanage town and the beach.

Clean & Spacious caravan, lots of equipment.

Had trouble with the cooker. Maybe needs some easier instructions to follow. Was expensive given that it was September but believe this may be due to it being the Folk festival in Swanage. We were there for a family celebration.

The swimming pool was a bit cold. There were some tissues behind the sofa The bedding sheets had a few marks on them

The location was good as you can walk into town and the beach. The accommodation was spacious with good cooking facilities

The premium caravan was very modern, spotlessly clean and very cosy. There was an en suite toilet off the main bedroom which also had a king bed rather than a double. The views were beautiful and the site itself was clean and quiet too. We used the swimming pool and were the only ones in it however it was very cold. The reception/bar area was very modern and clean. The caravan had a welcome pack in the bathroom and kitchen with a small amount of soaps/tea bags etc to get you started. There was a lot of storage within the caravan and a full size fridge freezer which was a bonus. Another positive was that the shower water pressure was really good and we always had very hot showers. You can walk into the town I think it was 20 minutes however if you are at the top of the site be prepared for a very steep incline up. Both of us are fit but pushing a pushchair up to the top where our caravan was a workout in itself!

The location of the site was slightly bizarre off of what looked like a council estate however it was still out of the way and very quiet. There were no noticeable recycling points on the site which was disappointing.

Had booked here to attend a running event taking place in Swanage. The location was good as it was just a short drive to the seafront. The caravan we stayed in was very clean and well presented. There was a pool and gym which I would have used had we been staying for longer. Lovely views over Swanage and the surrounding hills.

The site is on a hillside, so steep in places. We were fortunately accommodated near the on site amenities at the bottom of the hill, as one of our party was in their eighties and would have struggled if we'd been further up the hill.

Just outside swanage town, nice views of hills and swanage bay.

Would be nice if pool open in evening, the site is on a hillside and very steep which should be clear in description when booking

Ours was in a great part, one side to carvan the car and the other was grass which was excellent for dogs, also it was out the way. The whole park is quiet which is great. Very clean inside and all the facilities required, loved the little packs you get too, such a nice touch. Not a sea view but didn't expect one as you have to book this, however, you don't need it there, the views ae gorgeous as you over look the village and the green fields and hills.

The steps in to caravan not great for dogs, but were fine after a few days. Could do with something to stop them slipping on them. Couldn't find a recycling bin.

A very clean and comfortable caravan, spacious lounge with two sofas, kitchen had everything we needed and more, good to have an ensuite with the double room as well as a separate shower room and toilet. Mattresses were comfortable. Good views, plenty of outside seating and space to sit. Good swimming pool. Caravan sited near the entrance so easy to walk out.

Single bed was a bit narrow for an adult. The driving on the site was challenging with the hills. Both obviously unavoidable.

Everything you needed was provided! Comfortable and very clean. Lots of sockets.

Could really have done with bedside lights and more hooks such as the bathroom and bedrooms for hanging up wet towels and clothes

Great caravan Very clean and new

We booked the caravan last minute, it was described as a Comfort Caravan and as we were taking our dog we thought that it we be tired and old fashioned, on the contrary the caravan was very modern and felt like new. The park site was very well looked after, the clubhouse was very smart and had a great view overlooking the bay. I couldn’t get the cooker to work, a maintenance man was sent very promptly to look at the problem which turned out to be user error. We would stay here again

I liked the location, the landscaping and the pool. The caravan was well appointed and able to accommodate 4 adults and one toddler.

Main gripe was no grocery shop on site. You could buy a wetsuit for the pool, but not a pint of milk or loaf of bread. Also, it was not possible to have a proper shower after swimming, only a rinse off, meaning getting dry enough to dress and then go back to the van and shower all over again. Very limited selection of food in bar.

It would be better with more food options. Lovely caravan and we had a nice plot in bluebell.

Having to go out to the town for food, papers etc. We were only there for 3 nights and thought everything would be on site.
