Our family had a wonderful time at All Docked Out! Everything with the house was perfect and even better than the pictures showed. The kitchen had everything you could think of and the dock was incredible. The ice cream boat was a big hit with our kids!

Annual family vacation

This home is one of the best homes we ever booked. It was well equipped, had plenty of space for both family time together and alone time. Our grandchildren loved swimming, fishing and kayaking in and around the cove. Our host was responsive to all of our inquiries. We made many happy memories there. We are already looking forward to our next adventure there.

Perfect amenities to entertain a large family of kids of varying ages. Kitchen was well stocked making it easy to feed everyone and there were so many options of things to do with the kids right in the backyard. Paddle board, kayaks, fishing, foosball, ping pong, the list goes on…. Spacious home with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this well-stocked home and dock. The hill gave us a workout but the dock and kayak and paddle board were worth it! The house was very clean and had everything you might need in the kitchen. Communication was great and listing was accurate. Not far from restaurants and grocery. We would stay again!

We came up for a college graduation and my teens had so much fun! They loved the games in the basemen (Foosball, ping pong) and the paddle bord and kayak for the lake. We would definitively recommend this house to other families.

We rent all the time at SML and this was perfect for a small gathering. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The dock was amazing! We will be back.

One of the easiest stays on SML we have had. Beds made, Linens available, starting amounts of TP and paper towels. Home has 2 fridges. Doggie bags and treats for our dog who stayed was considerate. The cove is quiet and relaxing. The hill the home is located on was fine for our fit family but may be burdensome for others. Lawn needed mowing to minimize bugs too and can opener was dull, but really nitpicking and would be my only real complaints. Would stay with this host again, especially if another location they manage.

The house is in a perfect location and the dock was very spacious, which allowed our dogs to run and dive with no issues. The house was immaculate, especially for a pet friendly house. In all of our VRBO /AIRBB experiences, this house had the cleanest bathrooms we’ve ever encountered. The downstairs provided lots of things to do at night and on the day it rained. I haven’t played ping pong like that in decades….so much fun. If you have dogs and want a clean and spacious house, this is the one!

The house was fantastic! Clean, great set up and includes everything you need. The dock was fantastic in a cove that is a no wake zone. The dock had electricity for charging the boat trolling batteries. Kitchen was well stocked. The basement has a bathroom, laundry and ping pong table, foosball table and arcade game Mortal combat. Most of the house is pet friendly and we all enjoyed our week, relaxing, fishing and just having a great time with family! Thank you for the time well spent!

The perfect waterfront property for a family of 8. The kids really enjoyed the basement area. Home was clean, great location, and quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent and great communication. The family was unable to enjoy the dock because it rain every day during our stay. We will definitely rent the home again.

Everything you need for a nice stay at the Lake! Great dock and swimming at the end of a beautiful cove. Port Side Grill has great live music (Only open on weekends) and it's nearby as is SML State Park. Steep grade to the lake so may not be good for older folks and my old Lab struggled a bit but overall a great place!

We took our son and his friends who he went to school with all the way up to graduation 2023! The boys fished, boated and rode her skis. The house was amazing! They enjoyed the dock and the game room in the basement!! It was very accommodating! We will more than likely book this house again!

My family (six adults) really enjoyed our stay at All Docked Out as we celebrated my daughter’s graduation and Mother’s Day. There was plenty of room for us all! It was so clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. We enjoyed the beautiful lake and dock with the corn hole, floaties, kayak and paddle board. We also loved the porch overlooking the cove to enjoy our coffee in the morning! Check-in and check-out was so easy. We really enjoyed this vacation home!

This rental is by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Nicely decorated and also has very good mattresses. Fully equipped with everything. The two level dock was great and had great views of the lake! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place!

Communication with owners was always super prompt and easy. Super clean and comfortable! We had a great time.

We took a mini vacation for our kids spring break! House was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable and so many appliances to cook meals with. We had everything we needed for all meals. The deck is very spacious and we enjoyed laying out and playing cornhole that’s provided. Kids also loved the water toys provided. My son caught a 5 pound bass off the deck our first night. Owner was very quick to respond and accommodating. We will definitely come back again!!

My husband and I and our Lab Riley stayed for 2 nights. We loved it there! It was so peaceful and the house was very clean and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at Docked Out for a long getaway weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed (even some doggie treats)! Checkin was seamless and communication with property manager was great.

This property is exactly as described and was the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in - not a speck of dust anywhere! The property itself was perfect for our dog because it has mature trees on both sides which provided privacy and was very helpful as our dog is easily distracted if there's too much activity on adjacent properties. The kitchen was well stocked with decent cookware that was not worn/scratched. We are picky about kitchen cleanliness and the condition of the cookware because we have a family member with an Celiac -we had zero concerns. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels provided were in good condition. We spent every day on the dock (kayaking, SUP and swimming) and every night at the firepit. Scott was easy to communicate with and even accommodated us for an additional night when we just couldn't bring ourselves to leave. This was a superbly appointed and well run rental.

From the check-in to the check-out, this property and management of the property were amazing! 10/10. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

My husband and I really I enjoyed our stay at All Docked Out. The property was easy to find and the house was very well stocked. There is a great view of the lake and the walk down to ( and back up from) the dock is not too challenging. We enjoyed using the provided kayak and stand up paddleboard. There are also lots of floats for you to use in the no wake Cove. We I rented a boat while we were there, and docking it at this location is very easy. We brought our two small dogs with us which was an added bonus for the week. We have stayed at other dog friendly rentals before and not found them to be as clean as this one was. We appreciated the dog treats in the welcome bag as well as some extra doggy bags as we ran out unexpectedly during the week. The beds are very comfy. We loved the porch overlooking the peaceful cove. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the Food Lion in about an eight minute drive to the White House store. We hope to return for another stay here!

The house was nice and new. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, relaxing on the dock, boating around and fishing.

We stayed at this well appointed lake house for the 2nd time and it was just as great as the first time! The addition of the full bath in the basement was super convenient. The kids enjoyed the TV and chairs down there too. We also took advantage of the Green Egg this time and WOW, the meat coming off of that was delicious! Of course, the dock is where we spent most of our time. The dock house was well stocked with floats and poles for fishing and having the mini fridge is most appreciated! We love that we can keep our boat there with plenty of room to still jump from the dock. Communication with the home owner is always easy as he’s very responsive! Can’t say enough good things about All Docked Out!

We had such a great week at All Docked Out! The house had plenty of room for 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 dog. Much time was spent down on the dock - the cove was nice and quiet - perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and just hanging out in the water on a floatie - the added paddle board and kayak were a plus! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this house and we hope to rent here again!

This is our second summer staying at this house, and hope to do it every year. It is the absolute best and most relaxing vacation. The dock is amazing, and there are so many floats and water toys to use. We really appreciate having the kayak and stand up paddle board. The house is clean, the kitchen is so well equipped, the beds are comfy, and the house has everything you could want or need. Communication with Scott is always fast and easy. We loved everything about our week at the lake.

We really enjoyed our week at the lake! It was a nice quiet cove for the kids to swim in and they enjoyed seeing the ducklings. The house was clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay.
