Perfect place to stay for a family in Bear Lake!

We have stayed here before and love the property, its location and space. It’s nice to be close to the marina and not far from restaurants. We did notice that the downstairs was humid and damp to the point that swimwear didn’t dry. I don’t know if it is an airflow issue or something else.

The home was in a great location and included everything we needed! Will book it again!

We had one of the best times that we've experienced while staying at Bear Lake!! The place was wonderful, perfect location for us, and the pool was perfect, just a few steps away. We'll definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

This home was beautiful and inviting! Beds were comfy. Awesome kitchen table. Nice big room for gathering. We stayed for Christmas and it was nice to have the space we needed. I’m giving this 4 stars only because the ice maker didn’t work and I “need” ice. Also, you couldn’t have a rug at the front door. The bathroom door upstairs wouldn’t shut either.

Our family comes up to Bear Lake each summer and this was one for the books! It’s right by the Marina, close to the local market, and has all the amenities our family trip needed! The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary to prepare home cooked meals for our party of 11! Plenty of space for us all, storage for water toys and bikes, close to the outdoor pool and hot tub, and the grill was perfect for BBQIng rib-eye steaks and burgers! This place is beautiful and we would definitely book it again!

The condo was beautiful! So much space and great amenities! There was enough room to fit grandma and grandpa, and siblings with kids and grandkids. Family room and kitchen were large and spacious❣️

Property was clean and in a great location. Swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were nice and close. Downtown Garden City was less than a 5 min drive. Overall very happy with our stay!

Great location , the condo provided great spaces for the whole family to have some privacy when needed

This place did not disappoint! We had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. Place was very clean when we arrived.

Loved the space, plenty of linens and stocked kitchen. And a great location. We used the condo for our home base for my family of 7 while we went snowboarding up at Beaver Mountain. Would stay there again.

This is a great property! Nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Beds are great, bedding, linens and towels good too! No response when I messaged with a couple of questions. We’d stay again!

Loved this home! Very nice and full with all the amenities you'll need. The location is great, right by the marina and just a quick run into town. However, it is advertised with shampoo and conditioner provided. I would plan on bringing your own. They only have the hotel size, 1 in each bathroom. That's not even enough for one person. We also booked this home due to Vacasa confirming ahead of booking there is a pool AND hot tub YEAR ROUND. Only to get to the place and there's ONLY a hot tub year round. We booked for that very reason, so this was VERY disappointing and upsetting for us. Vacasa is easy to get ahold of, but had a very hard time getting a call back from them with our concerns. We often had to call them back multiple times and on our pool concern we never got called back to address the situation.

It is a beautiful home close to activities.

The condo is clean and well-kept, furniture and sleeping accommodations are very nice. Hosts are helpful and responsive.

This was a great property in a great location. Close to the marina, and within walking distance to the grocery store. The house was clean. Our only problem was with the grill. It was completely out of propane so we had to go and get the tank refilled. Minor issue obviously, but still a hassle. We loved the pool, and walking path.

Our family had an amazing time. The house is stunning- very Clean and had all the kitchen cooking pans we needed(we even brought our own because we weren’t sure and didn’t need them). The location is right off the water with incredible views… a 30 second drive from the marina. There is plenty of room in the kitchen and bedrooms for large families. . We already are talking about our next trip and will absolutely book this place.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and comfortable!
