Has a nice kitchen island and the master shower fixture works well. Beach access is just across the street. Unfortunately we visited during red tide and couldn't be on the beach without coughing. The door to this unit doesn't readily open and the electronic device tells you it's stuck. It must be aggressively maneuvered to be opened. That made check-in take longer than it should and the manager never returned my calls to explain the problem. Would have been nice to know the lock quirk in advance.

Great Stay!
Property was very nice, clean, and very close to the beach! Was in a quiet neighborhood that was a short walk to some very good restaurants and bars. Hosts were easy to work with, and we were able to store our bags when we arrived early. Would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed in the house for two days but the place was clean and the inside was very up to date and modern. The walk to Indian Rocks Beach was a short walk.

Best place ever
This place was beautiful! The location was perfect- we would wake up and walk straight to the beach. The house was beautiful, clean and modern. The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond. The restaurant recommendations were 10/10. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we WILL be back!!

Great location!
The property was exactly as depicted on VRBO. The pluses were: location to the beach, 3 bathrooms, beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well stocked. A couple drawbacks were: There is a 4th level with a patio but because of the tall property to the west there is no way to fully see the ocean or a sunset. We would book this property again.

Great location!
We really enjoyed the house with some minor suggestions. A larger coffee pot ☺️, a little nicer pillows, more towels and the air mattress has a slow leak. Overall we had a great stay, location was perfect!

Anniversary trip
We rented this unit for our 20th anniversary trip. The unit was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor balconies were nice but there was still what looked like some renovations going on with materials outside. I would recommend having televisions in the bedrooms as there was only one in the unit and more comfortable beds. Overall very nice rental and we enjoyed our stay Catherine was great to communicate with and very responsive.

Awesome Getaway
Three much needed nights spent in a clean, spacious, perfectly located spot! Short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Host was very accommodating. Will defiantly visit again!
