Clean and had everything you would need.

We loved the house. It was very clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and the living room accommodated 6 of us comfortably. We were close to a huge pool and the walk to the beach was not bad. The communication was excellent and it was easy to rent a golf cart. It is such a cute, quaint community with lots to do. We had a great time!!

When we first walked in we were greeted with soaring ceilings, comfy rugs and beautiful light fixtures. As a family of 7, we were thankful for so many comfortable beds. The condo was equipped for comfort with cozy bedding and plenty of pillows. The seating in the family room was one of the reason we chose this condo, some of the other places we looked at had plenty of beds but then didn’t have the room for everyone to sit down together for a game or dinner. Sunrise 101 did not disappoint. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grilled out one night too. The patio was a great place each morning to enjoy coffee and a book and a great place to catch the sunset over the lake. We enjoyed watching the large turtles in the lake and my boys loved spending downtime throwing a line into the lake. This condo was an easy walk to the beach and to the nearby heated pool over by the houses. We rented bikes and enjoyed walking around and admiring the architecture. We enjoyed Lake Powell Pizza too.. convenient location right in Carillon and the staff were so friendly and the food tasted great too. We were grateful to watch our team play there on the big screen! We love that Carillon is such a private community it feels safe and just like a good old classic Florida vacation. We’re here for the experience of being together at the beach, enjoying the local cusisine and just shutting off everyday life.. but it’s also located near so many tourist areas of the panhandle that are an easy drive away if you want that too.. Which is great when you have a few teenagers in the mix. While in town we enjoyed the Farmer’s Market in Rosemary to stock our condo for our stay and being so close to Publix and Winn Dixie is a plus. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their piece of paradise with my family.

We booked for the christmas holidays. we had 3 generations and everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Condo was very spacious. Would love to come back. Also a really good location. Publix across the street and close to 30-A shops and restaurants.

Upon first glance it was very nice, all we had hoped for. Then we settled in and found all of the things that were wrong with this condo. Let me continue by saying the location is nearly perfect and overall the amenities, awesome. But the condo was in a bit of disrepair. Of the 3 1/2 Baths there were 4 leaking faucets, The wall mounted TV in Bedroom 3 was being held up by 3 braces screwed in around the wall mount. Several lights and/or fixtures were broke and glued back together or not assembled correctly. The front wall in Bedroom 1 showed water damage and had black mold, also the Outside Door in Bedroom 1 DID NOT LOCK! Also the built in Ice Machine has black mold. The shower in Bedroom 2 was missing 1 of the 2 shower doors. Also if you are not in the homes around Carillon lake you are not permitted to drive a vehicle to the beach access. It says as part of the advertisement for this unit that you can drive a Golf cart up to the beach entrance, But the Entrances all say no Golf cart Parking. I gave this 3 stars because it met the needs we had, but for the price that was paid, this condo should have been in much better condition. We stopped by the Vacasa office on 2 occasions during posted hours and no-one was in the office.

This was the cleanest and most beautiful vacation home we have stayed in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 teens. The five minute walk to the beach was easy. The lakeside patio was my favorite space to sit and drink my coffee, read, and relax. The only inconvenience was the lack of showers or hoses to rinse of with at the beach access, small inconvenience for such a lovely stay though.

Sunrise 101 was a comfortable vacation spot for our party of 5 adults. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy and proximity to the pool was a welcome surprise.
