Perfect location for us to walk to all the local things we had on our list to do. Apartment was great, we hope to come back again

My husband and I stayed a long weekend at South Main. It was cute and welcoming. Walking to almost everything we wanted to see was easy from this location. Small shops, food, music were all nearby. It was a comfortable place to stay after a day of sight seeing.

cannot beat the location and included parking, and cleanliness. Room 205 is above the walk in freezer and/or some other large piece of equipment in the below restaurant. The issue is not the disclosed noise from an operating restaurant, which closes and becomes quiet, it is about a poorly operating large compressor or pump right under the bedroom. This noise starts around 11pm and continues all night, every 2 minutes a large motor tries to turn on and fails. We could not sleep for our 2 night stay and were very happy to leave. The email provided is not the owner, it is responded to by more than one person, none of which seemed to understand the issue. They never came by to hear the described noise, nor pick up a gold chain I told them about which was left behind by the previous renter. This must be a large corporate vrbo run organization. I would say, stay away from 205 and you will be ok. Also, when booking, it put us unknowingly on the 3rd floor, no elevator, which I imagine is the floor hardest to rent. to change, it took paying for a new 2nd floor room and waiting close to a week for the refund. Also, you have to complete a large document with all types of personal info which then has to be executed with Docusign. We booked thru the VRBO portal.

It was the perfect location for everything downtown. Host was accurate about the noise level (and not so much from the restaurant downstairs) but to the closeness of Main Street! Apartment was exactly as pictured! Definitely recommend!

This property is in a prime location just 5-10 minutes walk to Beale Street, Fed Ex Forum, and more. The trolley car is right out front as well as parking. Very quiet, and convenient location for food, drinks, and more. The apartment was clean many amenities, and comforts provided by the host. Great stay overall and the convince you can't beat.

My 13 year old son and I had a bonding experience in Memphis with all it has to offer. From the location of the apartment to everything is fantastic. I’d love to come back with my entire family soon. We are a family of 5 so we would need a bigger space but I’m sure you could accommodate:)

Committed parking space. Walkable restaurants and coffee shops. Homey apartment. Only downside, NOISY upstairs people (dragging chairs across the floor and frequently stomping around) second and third nights.

My fiancé and I were just in town for a couple days. This spot was perfect for our trip! It was modern and clean, and in a great location. We loved the dining and other local recommendations from our host. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Memphis!

This apartment was absolutely ideal. It was easy to find, easy to access, and the location cannot be beat. Also, a massive thank you to Tim and his team for sending so many recommendations for things to see and eat while in town. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I wanted to visit downtown Memphis because we had never been. We were only going Monday-Wednesday. The location of this Vrbo is perfect!! It looks exactly like the pictures, great location to walk to everything, and has a super comfy bed!! We loved that the bedroom also had a ceiling fan. Also, can’t beat a parking spot INCLUDED with your room! My only criticism (and it’s so minor) is I wish there was a vanity with the sink to rest hair straightener, makeup, etc.

We had a wonderful experience. It was a challenging weekend due to water struggles, but, our stay was really good. Very nice place and well kept and looked nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in was easy and the property matched the description and photos. The location was perfect and we were able to walk nearly everywhere. Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum, restaurants, coffee shops & bars were all very close. It was a bit noisy. We could hear noise from outside and from the restaurant downstairs. This was not a big issue for us because it was just a weekend trip and we spent most of our time out exploring during the day and evening. Overnight was relatively quiet, and sleep was not interrupted. I would stay in this location again if I made another trip to Memphis and would recommend it to others.

What a brilliant stay! Well located and exactly as described. Clean and welcoming. From go to woah the communication was excellent with Gina and access to the building and the apartment was as communicated. The location is the arts district and we felt safe and were moments from the Civil Rights Museum and a short walk to Beale St and round the corner from Gus’! Everything was in the apartment we needed and it felt like a second home.. such a great Host! While we did experience the noise from downstairs and all was quiet by 10pm, we stayed week nights.. the noise didn’t really start till 6pm Being inner city folk, and used to city noise and along with all the pros of the apartment the noise was a minor distraction, this apartment has so much going for it! Thanks

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in this apartment. It is in a great location. You can easily walk to many restaurants and to Beale Street. The place is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. Only place we will stay in Memphis if we ever visit again. Book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Loved our time at Mid-town stays! The check-in had a bit of a glitch which the property manager tended to promptly. When we arrived at our check-in time the unit hadn't been cleaned yet from the previous guests. An email to the prop owner and they quickly responded and moved us to another room until they got ours in order. Once in our unit - it was comfortable and spacious. Loved the location - just a short walk to Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum, the Blues Hall of Fame Museum, and LOTS of wonderful restaurants! A favorite was South Of Beale - which is conveniently on the flrst floor of the building. We'd stay again! Had a wonderful experience!

This property was right where we wanted to be. Walking distance to Beale Street and all the restaurants of Main Street. It was super modern and clean. We felt safe, and the parking was easy.

Property is very nice. Noise levels were challenging.....7 am Saturday morning "wake up" was crazy loud music. Walls & floors are thin. Kitchen is nice. Washer & Dryer are nice. Plenty of supplies. Still, I like the place!

Great location. Short walk to Beale Street and other attractions. The restaurant/bar downstairs was also very good and convenient.
