Room is good, clean

There’s no restaurant in this property. Not enough staff for room service.

Location, Picturesque views outside the room

Some staff are not helpful. The cottage was very dingy and dark. The bathroom was claustrophobic and very unclean. Rooms were not cleaned properly with date pits and used toothpicks of previous occupants of the cottage. Torn and stained bedsheets.

So beautiful view and so peaceful. It was just wow

Hair dryer, tissues were not available till the end.rest all was good.

No restaurant. No breakfast served. Pool closed before 6pm. Not good for spending the evenings

the staff is very uncooperative. they do not have their own kitchen and if food is ordered from outside every time we have to go and collect it from the reception which is at least 2-3 times a day. The reception is at least half a kilometre away from the rooms which makes it difficult to get everything from the reception. the room service people are very rude.
