The hosts and house were welcoming. Ordinary things we needed were already on site, e.g. towels, toilet paper, and non perishable condiments. The house was clean and in great shape.

Issues with property
Air conditioner controlled for owner and property most of the time was warm , outside temperature in Florida is 102, the property was dirty , I was walking barefoot and I got black feet Toilet seat seat dirty and yellow, shower with hair of last visitors , not enough towel, overall, I won’t rent this property agsin

The cottage was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, clean, great safe location, close to everything! We will definitely be staying here again. The owners were fantastic and so welcoming. The pool was perfect for our family. Thank you!

Property was great. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and cottage. Very clean and more than expected!

House was just as described. Clean, comfortable, close and convenient to Disney parks. We appreciated the set up of the house also. There were plenty of drawers, closets had organizers and hangers, extra sheets and blankets and plenty of pool towels and toys. You never know anymore what you’ll get when you rent a vacation property but this one was just as it was listed and we had no issues while we were there. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect off property Disney rental
Kiwi Cottage was a great place to stay. Location and home were both top notch. We especially enjoyed the well maintained pool and hot tub. Property location in Margaritaville neighborhood was so convenient. Great restaurants and shopping just steps away. Disney a very short drive as well. We will definitely book here again!

Awesome place!
Had a wonderful time in this great house. Plenty of Parking right in front of the house! Kids loved the pool. Adults loved the hot tub. Quite far from the resort area- but walkable. Another reason we were happy getting a house with a pool. House is stylish and modern. Margarita maker was right on time (had to YouTube how to use it). Easy to talk to owners. We will be back!

The property is really nice and clean. Location is very convenient, plenty of things closeby.
Rooms are all uniquely decorated, wifi throughout and plenty of TVs. Pool / hottub were nice and bbq grill is very convenient and easy to use.
James is a great host. Very responsive.
