Lauren was amazing host who was extremely communicative both before and during our stay. We had a fabulous time in East Marion and the house was everything we needed and more!! We would most certainly rent with Lauren again- Thank you so much!!!

Lauren’s house was immaculate and just as depicted in the pictures. She was very communicative during our stay if needed, but gave us our privacy to enjoy our stay. The location was fabulous; very close to wineries and to Greenport as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect rental to have friends and family together for the weekend. There was plenty of space for 9 people. The kitchen had everything we needed cook our meals. The house is conveniently located very close to Greenport. We had a great time and highly recommend!

This wonderful rental hosted a family weekend of six women. The house is clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. The space and layout is larger than appears in photos. The bedrooms are roomy, comfortable and clean. The baths were wonderful. The location to the ferry and wineries is perfect. Owner/host is personable and responsive. Didn't have the opportunity to use the pool since it was Feb, but the deck, yard and pool area are desirable! Thanks!!! We would rent again without hesitation!

Our stay in Lauren's lovely Greenport house was just perfect. I was looking for a good place for my daughter to recover from knee surgery, and that would work as a special mother/daughter/grandmother birthday week for my 96 year old mother. We chose the right house! From the moment I first queried Lauren about the bedroom/bathroom layout till our checkout, she was an unbelievable host, talking me through the house before I booked, super responsive to every question, delivering supplies that we were unable to find - she could not have been kinder. And the house is absolutely gorgeous!! The entire home is thoughtfilly decorated, with a very functional layout. It's clear every room has been given a lot of attention both for beauty and use, it is so comfortable cozy, and spacious. The electric fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom are nice to have for extra warmth and easy to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices,everything you need, and the bathrooms were super well stocked as well. The same for the bedrooms - plenty of storage space, very pretty and quite comfortable beds. And everything was so fresh and spotlessly clean! The surround sound speaker system was fun and easy to use. The setting of the house is lovely, very inviting looking yard, pool, and deck. We went to Greenport several times, it is quite close to the house, and is a charming town with great bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Thank you for a fabulous week!!!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Spacious dwelling with five bedrooms was enough space for eight family members. We also brought two small dogs and paid for insurance through VRBO. The host was very communicative and shared information about the house and surrounding activities. We had a great time and would go back soon!

This home is really lovely with a private backyard and pool that was the perfect escape. Loved the back deck with large dining table and grill, and the large gazebo by the pool is perfect for hanging out when you need to get out of the sun. Just a short drive into Greenport and a short walk to the golf course. The owner is very responsive with any questions you might have.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Lauren was a wonderful host, the house is comfortable and immaculate and there was so much to do in the area. Hope to return soon!

This house is AMAZING!! The outdoor area is beautiful! The inside of the house is decorated perfectly and everything was spotless. My family really enjoyed themselves! Especially my grandson who loved the pool. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lauren for a wonderful stay!

I rented this property for my wedding weekend in the beautiful North Fork. The house is absolutely immaculate and the perfect space for myself and all my bridesmaids to come over to have hair and makeup done for our big day. Lauren & Mike were excellent hosts, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying here in their beautiful home with their gorgeous pool. Everything was clean and the decor was beautiful!

We had a wonderful north fork vacation at Lauren’s property this august. Multi generational family enjoyed the pool, walk to the small beach and proximity to orient point and green port. Lauren was a pleasure to meet and communicate with. We would definitely stay at this property again!

My group of 3 families had a great time at Lauren’s house. The layout was perfect for 6 adults and 5 babies to fit comfortably. The house is well decorated and clean. The pool is fantastic! And Lauren was a great host and even helped me line up a babysitter one night. Highly recommend!

Very nice and responsive hosts. Kitchen is not perfectly equipped, no large pot, no salad spinner, no salt, but the appliances are excellent and the kitchen is very user friendly. We had a problem in that we arrived during a heat wave, and the downstairs suite is not air conditioned and it was very humid. We bought a free standing air conditioner because we needed to use the space, not ideal. Apparently this has not been a problem in the past, but it was for us. It is in the storage room if anyone needs it. The location is very close to Greenport, which is great. The beaches are rocky, consistent with the north fork. Wineries are fun, farm stands great, very nice vacation and lovely house!

Our Group - We are a family from Westchester County and travelled to the house the week of July 31st. The group was my wife, our two sons, 26 and 23, and our older son's girlfriend. Communication - I spoke with the owner when I booked the house in February, and then texted with her the week before we were scheduled to arrive. She sent instructions for getting into the house and some of the house rules. She was available by text the entire time we were there and was quick to respond to every question we had throughout the week. She couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. Excellent communications. Location - The house is located in East Marion, just two miles from downtown Greenport. Greenport is full of shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. Having rented houses in the Hamptons for many years, the North Fork was a breath of fresh air with its authenticity as a seaport town without any of the Hamptons pretentiousness. Golf is literally a quarter of a mile away, as is the nearest farmers market, the nearest vineyard about a mile, and we biked to Orient Point in about a half hour. The house is located in a community with a small rocky beach facing Shelter Island, but there is a beautiful State Park beach in Orient just a 10 minute drive away. House - The house is beautiful, modern and well equipped. Every room had a television, strong wi-fi, and Sonos throughout. Everything was immaculate without any sign that someone had checked out just hours earlier. There are no owner personal items in the house, and you feel as if the house belongs to you. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms completely updated with lots of towels and bath products. The kitchen had all high-end modern appliances, and coffee makers (Nespresso and Keurig), with lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee pods, etc. Everything you could need for your family and friends. Outside - The grounds are immaculately maintained. The gardens and lawn are beautiful, and you feel like you're in a resort. The deck is large, has a large table with umbrella, and a couch seating. area. Gas BBQ worked great and got nice and hot. We spent hours in and around the beautiful large sunny heated pool and on the couches under the the large tented pagoda (easily seats 12 people) listening to music on the outdoor Sonos speakers. It could not have been more perfect with our 6 days of beautiful weather. This was one of the best houses we've ever rented, and I would highly recommend.

I'm a bit of an OCD, and staying at hotels or other transient stays are a bit of a hit or miss for me. But this place was definitely a hit for me. Completely clean, orderly, pristine layout and design. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. They even prepared a new crib for our 10 month old and offered a stroller. The place was pretty big that we didn't even get to use the downstairs. Would certainly stay here again when going out to Greenport!

We had the extremely good fortune of renting this beautiful house for a weekend while we were attending a wedding in Southold. The house provided plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our 7-member multigenerational family (age range from mid-twenties to mid-nineties). The house is literally my dream home - one-level living with plenty of privacy for everyone, every room beautifully decorated, modern updated chef’s kitchen, heated pool & outdoor shower, covered poolside sitting area , huge deck with 2 sets of French doors (one from kitchen & one from owner’s suite), finished lower level that is a separate living area – including a tv/family room, kitchenette, separate bedroom, full bathroom, and an exercise room. I could go on & on. The best part were the hosts! Lauren & Mike were available to communicate at any time - so attentive and endlessly patient with my kazillion questions. We had such a wonderful time. Our only regret is that the wedding events didn’t leave us enough time to fully enjoy all of the amenities of this wonderful house. Would absolutely rent again if opportunity arises.

We had 8 adults and three children (2 months, 2 yo, 4yo). Perfect location - very close to vineyards and downtown. The backyard was a savior as we had very hot weather so spent many of our afternoons and evenings by the pool. Lauren was great and very easy to get in touch with for any questions!! We are rebooking for sure !

Great property, with easy access to the town of Greenport and nearby vineyards. Our hosts were responsive and gracious throughout our stay. The house was fully stocked, had a great layout for easy living, and was furnished with modern accents. We would highly recommend booking this property and look forward to our next stay!
