This was our 2nd year renting this home. House is beautifully decorated and owners are great to work with! Another wonderful vacation in Sunset!

Beautiful house, great neighborhood.

We had a great week. The house was extremely well set up. Perfect for a family with a range of ages. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. My family is already asking if we can go back next year!

We have taken our family vacation at Sunset Beach for the past 8 years. Due to the growth in the number of grandchildren, we have stayed at 5 different houses, and Sea Potential has been the best without question. Clean, with lots of extras that you don't normally get. Owner was very courteous and prompt with response to questions. Highly recommend.

Sea Potential was perfect for our family reunion of 7. There is plenty of room for everyone, different rooms for spreading out, room for the kids to play and a back porch for relaxing while looking over the canal. Location was perfect! Easy walk to beach or Main Street. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses. And Sunset Beach is a favorite of ours: no high rises or condos. Just lovely beach and breezes.

Beautiful, clean home, close to beach! Our spring break trip was perfect. Tracy is a great host and was very accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely place to pay tribute to our mother who loved nothing more to spend time at Sunset Beach with family. Comfortable and clean house with easy access to beach, kayaking, fishing and restaurants. Super porches and outdoor space too. We could not have asked for a better house or weather!

Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 infants) had a glorious time at Sea Potential on Sunset Beach, NC. Our trip was shortly after Labor Day, so still great summertime weather and water temps, but with smaller crowds. Tracey, the host, was so amendable and answered every question we had very quickly! The house had everything we needed: a well stocked kitchen (with plenty of pots, pans, and a blender), floating dock to park our small fishing boat and for crabbing (we brought our own crab trap), a crow’s nest to view sunsets, screened in porch for sunrise coffee, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and kayaks for paddling in the canals. We also rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast touring the entire island on it. Two in our group have bad knees, so having the golf cart made transporting everyone (and all the gear needed for infants) to and from the beach easy peasy! Our entire group had a FANTASTIC time! We hope to return to Sea Potential next year or perhaps even sooner!

This property has to be seen to believe. The pics and description do not come close to describe the comfort and relaxation we experienced. The home was extremely clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Hands down It is the best my rental I have had through VRBO. The location was amazing and the host exceeded my expectations. My extended family enjoyed this beautiful home for 2 weeks. The house appears recently renovated and is tasteful, practical & comfortable. We loved the open concept main area for eating, watching TV, doing puzzles and playing cards. We really enjoyed the screened porch over looking canal as well. We’ve already booked for next year. ❤️

Sea Potential is an absolutely gorgeous house. Tracey was a wonderful host. Her communication was phenomenal. The house had everything our family could have wanted or needed. We had three generations ranging from 3 to mid 70's and everyone loved this house. The kayaks and bikes were wonderful for our teens. The location was absolutely perfect. We can't wait to stay at Sea Potential in the future!

We had a beautiful stay at Sunset Beach, the house is perfect for a family and communciation with Tracey was a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utilities and the Keurig machine is great. We also enjoyed the two bikes and kayak options. Highly recommended!

Awesome Host, amazing property, memorable stay

Lovely beach home on the canal with lots of outdoor space and beautiful interior to relax! We loved the kayaks and the bikes and appreciate the beach chairs very much!! Traveled to Wilmington for dinner one evening which was not too far from Sunset! Special place, thanks for sharing! Thank you Tracey for everything!!

Myself and 9 others stayed here for a long weekend while in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and had a great location. Within walking distance to beach and small shops. Short drive over the bridge to get to other attractions and a short drive to calabash and only about 40 minutes to Myrtle Beach. Kayaks were awesome to use. Rooms were very comfortable. One thing I would note is that while the loft can be a sleeping area, there is no door so just keep that in mind if you will be having people using it as a room. Tracey was very responsive and easy to connect with. I would recommend!

House was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Multiple outdoor seating options. Use of kayaks a fun bonus. We hope to be back! Highly recommend.

Nice getaway for my husbands birthday. House was super clean and had nice accommodations. We cooked breakfast our second morning there and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed to cook. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Sea Potential is a beautiful home, and we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our host was so helpful, quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return!

Our family could not have been more happy with our stay! The house has been beautifully remodeled and every space feels new. The open floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining room was perfect for our immediate and extended family to play games and spend quality time together. The view of the canal was gorgeous. The sunsets from the rooftop were spectacular! It's a short walk to the beach too! In addition to long walks on the beach we spent our time riding the kayaks in the sound which was so peaceful, and riding the provided bikes. We took one day and drove to Wilmington for restaurants and shopping which was an easy drive. I really can't say enough good things about this property and the owners who were so helpful. It really has everything you need for a wonderful time at the beach! We would definitely rent here again and hope to do so in the near future.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! This house is completely redone from top to bottom, with every possible corner upgraded beautifully. The kitchen is immaculate, all the common spaces are well done, and the bathrooms are amazing. Tracey as a host was highly responsive, taking time to talk through small questions via the phone. The canal view is gorgeous, and we saw herons every day and often. We also loved taking out the kayaks and bikes around the island. This house wants for nothing! We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful home. Well stocked with kitchen items and soap in every bathroom. Comfy beds and furniture. Tracey was an excellent host and very responsive. Would stay again for future vacations.

We had a great stay. Ms. Tracy answered any and all questions in a timely manner and Sea Potential is one of our favorites vacation homes our family has stayed in. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is amazing and stocked with all the essentials and more...pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, blender, etc. We loved being able to fish out back on the channel. The screened in porch was a great spot for morning coffee and reading.

Excellent. It was so peaceful being by the canal. The house is very nicely laid out and quiet. It was a lovely spot for a vacation.

A perfect retreat for our first visit to Sunset Beach. The most beautiful vista from ocean to waterway from the screened in porch or an even better view from the crows nest up high. Particularly at sunset! Inside the well built home, every detail impeccably executed. From the well stocked kitchen, the shiploc on the walls, to the waterfall shower, comfy mattresses and plush bedding and furnishings, . No detail forgotten. The owners were accessible, generous, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the island and it’s many treasures. We loved it. Everything about it. We definitely plan to return!

We spent an amazing week in Sea Potential - loads of space but felt so homey! Someone clearly put so much thought into decorating and furnishing the house, as we wanted for nothing. We were so appreciative of Tracey’s regular communication and availability for questions. All around fantastic place - we will definitely recommend it to our friends and would not hesitate to seek it out if we make it back to Sunset Beach!!

We had a fabulous stay at Sea Potential. The home is beautiful, just as described. It is extremely spacious and complete with everything you could ever need while visiting the beach. The sunsets were amazing from the rooftop deck and the kayaking was a fun family activity. The owners were so wonderful and accommodating. They were very kind and extremely quick to respond with any questions we had. We could not of had a better experience. We'll be back!
