Really beautiful house close to everything. All rooms are air conditioned and pool is quite nice. Would definitely stay here again. A few notes. There are two houses in one, so the pool area is shared space. Was not an issue for us. Also, house is up a steep and rutted road so having an SUV was very helpful. Marianna, the local property manager was extremely helpful with recommendations and the like.

This place had it all. There is a pool where we relaxed every day. It is nestled up in the rainforest away from the busy streets. We all had a nice time here. Marianne was attentive at any moment we had questions. She also was able to get dinner reservations quickly. She was fantastic.

The house is amazing, the location is great to visit the Manuel Antonio park or just relax in the forest and pool. We enjoyed every single moment and we highly recommend it. The staff is amazing and Marianna made our stay perfect.

Awesome place away from it all. Quiet, with lush greenery all around. Lots of wildlife and even monkey's climbing nearby trees. Caretaker and owner were really responsive, even having a maintenance worker at our door in 10 minutes after our son managed to lock a door. Includes daily housekeeping if needed. Wonderful place, will stay here again in the future.

This was a great place for our first visit to Costa Rica. We had two young children and four adults on the first floor of the shared building. From the balcony, we saw monkeys, macaws, butterflies, hummingbirds, and a variety of other wildlife. The pool was great for after our day excursions. Andres was a gem and helped us with arranging transportation to places and gave us other helpful advice. The daily housekeeping services were also great. We made it work without a rental car, but that might be limiting to some as you have to walk/taxi/bus if you don't have a car. Highly recommend!

Andres was great and super responsive and helpful - we started our trip here and it set the tone for a great time in Costa Rica! Couldn't have been more clean or well taken care of and the pool was great, the birds and monkeys and fruit trees were just icing on the cake. Great for families.

This is a great location and property. It is up-to-date and very clean. It's close to all the activities in Manuel Antonio, but still outside the busyness of the hotels. Andreas was very receptive and helpful with check-in and recommendations for dining and activities. Housekeeping visits daily, which is nice. We didn't have any issues with noise of group staying above us, which was also great. We're a family of five (3 teens) and stay at a lot of house rentals and would definitely recommend.

Accommodation was a wonderful layout and very impressive - absolutely stunning! Very clean and the cleaners came by each day to ask if we needed anything cleaned. The pool and premises were very clean with people here each morning taking care of the grounds. Andres gave us some wonderful recommendations for restaurants and even made us a sunset reservation for one of our meals. Overall absolutely wonderful vacation and stay at this beautiful accommodation; I highly recommend!

Our group of 4 really enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean and in a great location. Our favorite part was the pool! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a very nice stay. Andrés and his staff were very attentive to our needs. Andrés was also very helpful with arranging a local tour to Manuel Antonio Park. The surprise was that the roads are dirt and narrow. A little hard to find in the dark but once done it is easy to get to the house. It was great to watch the Scarlet Macaws in the nearby trees. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was really well kept, the pool was nice and the grounds were beautiful. We saw monkeys every morning from our deck. The location was right between Quepos and Manuel Antonio...perfect location. My only challenge was the checkin/communication process. I had to reach out a couple times to get checkin info and it was a little last minute. The property manager had to meet us to get keys which was planned a little last minute. When we met with him, he was very helpful and super nice...I'd just be sure to make sure you have the info a couple days before you leave for the trip and I think all will be good.

Everything about place was accurate and the stay was excellent. Andres was the local manager and guide and he was wonderful. He was always responsive and took care of all of our bookings and local recommendations. We would love to stay here again or any place Andres manages! We had small children too so this place was great for kids too.

Everything was excellent except the road entrance . Because of the weather road was hard to drive though. Needs better parking spot. Overall was a great place .

As advertised! Well-maintained, modern property that comfortably houses 6 guests. Andres the property manager is terrific! Always available, ready to help, great recommendations on local activities and restaurants and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. While we missed seeing the macaws, we did get our own private viewing of a 3-toed sloth feeding on the leaves of what appeared to be a guanacaste tree across the property. We spent almost 30 minutes observing the sloth in action. Overall, lovely property minutes away from Manuel Antonio park.

We absolutely loved our stay! Andres was phenomenal at making our stay perfect! This was our 4th trip to Costa Rica and our first to this area. All of his recommendations and help arranging activities were beyond our expectations! The house was surrounded by wildlife. We saw scarlet macaws daily, sloths, monkeys, and toucans from our balcony. The very sweet lady that cleaned even did our laundry daily. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was the most beautiful and well maintained property we’ve ever rented via vrbo. It was spacious and modern with everything we needed. Andres was so helpful with area recommendations (including the most amazing stop for dinner on way from San Jose). We saw birds and monkeys from the balcony. We will definitely rent again if we get back to this beautiful area!

The place was very clean, on top of that, the maid comes daily. I thought the photos did but even do this place justice, very spacious. It is better than the photos. Beautiful kitchen, great for cooking a meal to avoid eating out when possible. Pool is nice and warm and iguana friends and beautiful birds added to the experience. The drive to the beach is 10-12 mins by car. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with Valle Pura Vida! It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I was a little worried about not having the entire building to ourselves but it was never an issue. We enjoyed the pool area! The road getting to it was rough but we made it multiple times with a non-4x4 large van. There were several stairs but they were not a problem for us. We had to be careful with our granddaughter and the balcony railing because it isn’t narrow enough at the bottom but he made sure we were aware if it. But we really enjoyed the balcony and the morning routine of watching the monkeys in a nearby tree! This was a great choice for us because we didn’t want a place too expensive/fancy but also wanted something nice and clean. We had no trouble with “creatures” and felt no concern letting our granddaughter crawl around. Andres was so personable and helpful! He arranged a chef for us one day and we really enjoyed it! He also will help with suggestions or other arrangements if desired. The daily maid service was very nice. Thanks for helping us to have a great family vacation!

This property is fantastic and very clean and modern. John, the house manager reached out immediately after booking and introduced Andres, head of the concierge team. Andres is always available to answer any question and helped us with tour suggestions. The pool is amazing and is only 5' deep which is very comfortable for our 5 and 8 year olds. There are 3 iguanas around the pool and its fun to watch them. The wraparound deck is nice. We used to wake up to the sounds of macaws and birds. The home is very spacious and being a single level was very convenient with kids. Having complimentary house cleaning is very good. The home is close to Quepos and many beaches. Its not very far from the road yet you don't hear any noise in the home and it feels very private and tranquil. Thank you John for sharing the home with us and making our first visit to Costa Rica very memorable. We really had a wonderful time at this home and would choose the place again!

My family of six rented the lower level for 3 nights. Everything was perfect! Everyone went above and beyond to take care of us. The home was the cleanest (and I me cleanest) home we have ever rented! Andreas helped us to book a waterfall repelling tour, as well as arranging covid tests right at the home. So convenient! We also did the zip lining tour, both tours were amazing. The macaws and monkeys were all around this home. You can sit on the balcony and watch them. The macaws flew right up to us! Thanks for an amazing stay!

This apartment is the best of both worlds, beautiful views and peace of Costa Rica with all the amenities you could miss from the united states. The apartment distribution is ideal, with enough space to fit 7 comfortable people. The kitchen is very big, and the TV are is homey. The apartment has 4 very strong AC units, so you can set up whatever temperature you would like. The washer and dryer are modern and easy to use. The shower had really nice hot water. Everything is brand new! The View is spectacular, and the wrap around balcony a dream. It was very nice waking up to the peace and tranquility of birds, and enjoying an afternoon looking to the horizon.

The views are amazing

We arrived from San Jose and Andres was there to meet us even at midnight. Waze was great with getting us to the home since there are no addresses. Home was located near a MaCaw nest so we woke up every morning hearing them. Beautiful birds and amazing to watch from our balcony. House is located close to the town of Quepos and Manual Antonia. Pool is nice. Home was perfect for our family of teenagers. Steep steps to the unit and not well lit at night so be careful. Clean and great housekeeping. Internet was great. TV is all Spanish speaking stations. Andres recommended great activities and we found some in our own. Highly recommend La Iguana Chocolate Tour (the drive is crazy hard so you need a 4x4), fishing out of Marina, Rainmaker park, Manual Antonia park, ziplining at Titi Canopy, surfing in Jaco, and ATVing. Be ready for crazy roads and drivers. Not for the faint of heart. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home 100%.

The whole property was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My kids had fun in the pool. The house is close to anything you need in Manuel Antonio yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here.

Andreas was there to meet us upon arrival. Very thorough and accomodating. The house is immaculate. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The scarlet macaws were abundant in the Guanacaste tree in front of our terrace. Spectacular show mornings and afternoons. We live in Costa Rica and will definitely rent here again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location was superb! Close to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio with gorgeous mountain views. The house is spacious, modern, clean, and perfect for a family! There was plenty of hot water and A/C throughout. The balcony was perfect to sit in the mornings and drink coffee or in to enjoy the afternoon rain showers. The pool was wonderful. The kids enjoyed it very much! Our host Andres was wonderful and gave us a ton of local spots to visit and great information about the area. He even hooked us up with a local ATV tour company who gave us an excellent adventure the whole family loved. If you are looking for a great family house near Manuel Antonio then this is it!

The villa is beautiful, just as pictured! And Andrés took care of all of needs. The location was perfect, it’s in a quiet area with just a short drive to the beaches and national park. We enjoyed watching the macaws and monkeys from our balcony everyday. We could have easily stayed an entire month!

Family of 4 here, with 2 teens. Perfectly clean, daily maid service, pool... Everything we needed. The best past was Andres, the concierge. He addressed anything and everything we needed. He made us dinner reservations and booked tours and made recommendations. He did all this enthusiastically and efficiently. He even made our appointments for covid tests and brought us our forms. Andres made visiting Quepos easier and more comfortable.
