O rececionista que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático. Check-in com a informação certa. As camas são bastante confortáveis e o pequeno almoço bastante completo para um hotel de 3 estrelas.

Casa de banho pequena para o quarto e notoriamente antiga. Chuveiro com muita pressão. Existe uma barreira linguística pelo facto de a maioria dos funcionários não falarem bem o português, algo que não considero determinante na estadia, no entanto algo a ser melhorado e encorajado.

We loved our stay. We felt welcomed. The room was clean and cozy. Every morning we had a huge variety of Portuguese breakfast. They have as well a gym and a leisure area. The hotel is 15 minutes from the nearest beach (Vieira de Leiria) and 20 minutes from Leiria Shopping. The hotel also has a carpark which is very safe.

It's not that we didn't like it, it was just the fact that we need to wear a swim cap to enter the pool. Do to the fact that my daughter had big braids, became impossible to enjoy it. But we had time to enjoy the beaches.

Very good hotel near the thermal springs. Big, very comfortable and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Very nice and friendly people work in this hotel. Comfortable parking. Very nice location.

The staff was remarkable. From the person at check in who helped carry out bags in at midnight to the lovely lady at breakfast we had the best conversations and hospitality. I was so pleasantly surprised by all of it!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quite good and the hotel easy to find. The room was very spacious.

The room and its facilities were quite dated. There were only two socket points in the room, one of them by the door, away from the bed or the desk. One of the armchairs was broken and previous attempts to glue it together were clearly visible. Whilst the room wasn't dirty, it wasn't clean either. The were some caked up pieces of dirt stuck to the bathroom cabinet and the shower curtain was very mouldy.

Nice hotel in small quiet town, very clean. Great and friendly stuff. Super facilities like billiard, table tennis, gym… didn’t get time to check the pool.

That we couldn't stay longer

First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and polite as much that I felt myself with my own family members! Very nice, respectful and knowledgeable, you need to see to believe me. If I come back to Portugal again I will definitely consider staying there again. The location is in a good distance to many locations that you might like to see and with very good price !
