The staff were so incredibly helpful, the welcome package was very generous, and the location was perfect. We loved our stay.

The CD player doesn't work properly - when playing it will stop for a moment then continue.

The location is great right in the centre of Ironbridge, and the free parking is a bonus not too far from the accommodation. There was a nice welcome basket with bread ,milk, tea and coffee and a pork pie in the fridge,a nice little touch.

The hot water was off on Saturday morning it would have been nice to have been informed of it .. and the heating wasn’t coming on at the times stated especially early morning and evening.

I expected it to be a bit bigger

The property is situated in an excellent location, in the heart of Ironbridge. We found it clean and very comfortable. The welcome basket was a surprise and a lovely idea.

great location, full kitchen in property, comfortable, cosy, basket on arrival with bread, milk, biscuits, bottled water, hot choc, tea, coffee. Everything I needed was there, including laundry liquid and dish soap. lots of utensils, cookware, and dishes. a proper hone from home. Super toasty warm after my days out trail running. I liked the church clock marking the quarters as well as the hours, like a snooze button I didn’t have to set.

Nothing to not like, it was lovely.
