An affordable family vacation. Safe and friendly. Great amenities. Terrific staff.

This is a funny one - the people running it bent over backwards to make us comfortable - and they succeeded, but as a caravan park - family accommodation, it's not the sort of place I normally stay, so I'm not sure how to describe it. I'm going for - it reminded me of Christmas holidays with by grandparents in the 70's. Also - and not insignificantly, the locations is excellent. There are beautiful walks and beaches nearby, and the local pub is thrumming with activity and good food.

Very compact. No room to stretch out. Slightly grubby. Netflix did not work!

Convenient location and clean modernised cabin with everything you need.

The pillows weren’t great. Very flat.

Did the job, but wouldn’t stay in cabin s again

Location was good. Parking was poor. The people in other cabin could had run in our car.

The room was dirty, with bin not emptied and used towel in bathroom. Kitchen cupboard door broken. Only one pillow each, which were lumpy.

Definitely would book there again

Close to the pub for a meal Comfy mattress, not too hard not too soft Shower water pressure was absolutely AMAZING

I thought the room I was booking had a queen in one room, double bed and bunks in the 2nd room but only had 1 over head bunk Tv remote was a nightmare to use (might have needed new batteries or just well used)

Great location, thankful the pub was open or we would have been very hungry!

Great location, very clean cabin

Very sparse kitchen utensils. Would be nice to have a glass for a drink of water. Very little plates/ bowls available.

Great little caravan park! Will definitely stay here again (have already rebooked!).

Location was superb - five minute walk to the beach, staff were really friendly, the cabin was immaculately clean! Key drop off for our early departure was simple.

Only an overnight stay, weather was miserable didn't help, older, clean and well presented cabins.

Facilities were a bit dated and a little small but presented well and was neat and clean with fresh linen and towels and the beds were comfortable.

It was called a "superior cabin" but was more like a stand alone economy cabin.

The place looked ok, was clean and fine for one night

Our parking space was occupied by some random people (maybe other inconsiderate guests). We were there during the autum (end of May) so it was REALLY cold and there was no heating!

We were moved to a different room and charged again more than originally and our accommodation was paid prior we need to be refunded

Friendly, clean and comfortable

Great location, quiet, comfortable, straightforward accommodation. Great to have the option of self catering and under-cover seating outside.

Being a studio unit it was pretty small - wouldn’t suit me for extended stays. But for one night it wasn’t an issue.

Great base to explore Cape Conran.

Great location, close to the water, pub pretty much across the road, and great base for access to Cape Conran. Basic small studio that suited my needs for two nights. Easy after hours check in process.

My studio cabin was full of cobwebs and a couple of spiders.

A great little gem to base yourself from if you’re wanting to explore the ocean-end of the Snowys. Do recommend.

Excellent fitout and well self-sufficient. Super friendly staff on welcome, beautiful views from the deck.

Nothing

A very shabby unclean tatty cabin. No heating, no instructions, no extra blankets, in fact for the money it was unacceptable. They could have warned us that it was a fishing weekend and that most of the bookings would be loading up their boats and starting off at 05:15. Old cabin with net curtains torn to shreds. Greasy cooker. Very old uncomfortable two seater sofa. A very cramped site, and would suggest you employ a secret shopper to investigate in the near future.

Quiet location.

Laundry soap dispenser didn't work. No info on how to work the washing machines. Nowhere to get change.

we booked a double and two singles but got two doubles, daughter had to sleep on couch.

people are friendly in Marlo. scenery is breathtaking.

well kept yards, close to shop. staff very friendly and kind to tell us to book a table at the hotel.

front step to cabin is rotten and an accident waiting to happen. could fall through it. batteries in remotes had acid leaking and need replacement and cleaning heater fan vent needs a good clean to clear the dust.

comfortable warm and cosy. great for a weekend escape

the property was easy to find and comfortable perfect for a work trip with more room than a motel room.

the bathroom was very compact suited for one person or a family for a few days but if you were there for a long time it may feel a bit too cramped,
