Nice place

Pictures are a little deceiving. Overall it was great, could have been cleaner though. It was a little dusty, hair in bathroom and tub.

Property was very clean and looks to be freshly renovated. Very comfortable and spacious. Everything was in working order as it should. Would definitely book again.

The pictures of this property looked great. Some reviews mentioned the highway noise and they were spot on but that didn’t bother us. The pictures are very misleading of this property. House is very run down and that was apparent. That wouldn’t have bothered us so much had it been cleaned. Hair in showers, dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower curtain, hair and dust all over bathroom. It was very disappointing.

The home was great! Loved the location. The only issue was the master bedroom’s master bathroom. It did have a clogged sink and shower. Helped out by purchasing drain cleaner. It only worked for sink. The kitchen cabinet underneath the stove was broken due to missing fasteners. I purchased some and repaired myself. Just got antes to help as I’m an aircraft technician by trade.

I came in to attend a National Agility Competition at the Expo Equestrian Center. This home was only minutes away from the center plus great restaurants!! It has a small fenced in backyard for the dogs which was great. Everything I needed for my stay. Clean and the bed was comfortable. There is traffic noise but was covered up with my sound machine.

We stayed for the weekend of the Tulsa shootout and we’re overly pleased with our experience

The property was very clean and easy access. It was by a busy highway and the bedroom I stayed in very noisy.

We had a great time. The house is tidy and comfortable. Good location in access to the rest of Tulsa. Only downside is it’s right next to the highway so it is very noisy; windows are not well insulated.

It was so clean with everything you need All I had to bring we're my clothes and a few groceries.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights as our house was listed to sell. It was a nice stay. The location is conveniently located close to I-44 and Hwy 75. The bedrooms are good sized. It's a 2 bedroom duplex, but offers plenty of space for comfort. We enjoyed our time here.

Very clean and nice property.

This property was the absolute BEST for us!! We were in town for the Chili Bowl our 1st time. The house was located about 4 miles from the expo center. We literally had 2 turns and we were there. The house was the perfect size!! It was my husband and I with another couple. Enough space you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. Was nice to sit around the kitchen table for breakfast to talk about our plans for the day. Then we gather at the table about midnight for a snack and talk about the races. Beds are AMAZING!!! Our nephew who was with us can never sleep passed 5a. He slept until after 9a every morning!! It was like home away from home. The communication with the property manager was top notch. All my emails were answered within 15 minutes or less. Super friendly and very accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It was perfect for us and we look forward to hopefully renting this house every year for the Chili Bowl!!! This place deserves 10 plus stars!!!

Great property! We had a small hiccup getting checked in, but the property manager was immediately on it and took care of the issue; and the owner gave us a Starbucks gift card for the trouble. Highly recommend.
