New, clean, great location, has parking. Staff is great and very accommodating.

For the price parking could be included as now it's 15eur per day extra and also some sort of breakfast would be good. It's a bit expensive compared to what you get.

The hotel is modern and well decorated, in a quiet part of Nida.

The location is not in the center of Nida, it's around a 10-15 minute walk to the city (although the walk by the water is beautiful). There are no convenience shops or food places around, so you have to walk to the city. The room was clean, and the towels were changed daily. However, I stayed for four nights, and the duvet was not changed. Additionally, throughout my stay, there was no cleaning done in the bathroom or mopping of the floor (though I guess if I had asked, they would have). I stayed alone in a small double room. If you are traveling solo, it's a good size, however, it might not be comfortable for two people. It is in a quiet part of Nida. I had no trouble sleeping at night. However, there are residential buildings nearby with children who are loud during the day, so you can hear everything in the room (if your windows face north). The hotel does not have reception (I think they are building extension) and there was no option to wash your clothes or to leave your luggage.

Die Lage am Haff bringt kurze Wege in den Ort und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmerfester auf den Hafen war großartig. Das Haus ist insgesamt hell und freundlich.

Das Frühstück war an beiden Tagen komplett unterschiedlich. Einmal gab es nur Kaffee und einen Teller mit Omelett und Salat. Am zweiten Tag gab es ein reichhaltiges Buffett. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr unsauber, auf den Tischen und auf dem Boden, wo am zweiten Tag noch der gleiche Müll und Essensreste unter den Tischen lagen.

The location is very good, breakfast was with the perfect view.

There was separate house in front of the main building cros the street. The room was very small. There was a lot of sounds of doors, staff and other people. It did not help us to sleep well. There was cups and glasses mising on breakfast and a big queue near the food and coffee maker.
