My review relates to So Nice Beach Resort. 1-2 days before our stay, they sent us a msg that they would upgrade us to the hotel of the group so we havent stayed at Ayia Napa Boutique Apartments. The room was not clean, there was a used earbud on the floor. The room smelled bad. In general it was really disappointing and nothing like the photos in Booking, it needs serious renovation and change of management

Never stayed at the property as we got an “upgrade” to the So Nice hotel. It’s probably a scam

We got an “upgrade” to So Nice Club resort which was not so nice at the end. I doubt this apartment even exists. We ended up thinking is a scam so the rating of the hotel doesn’t drop even more. For the hotel now, the room had mould in the bathroom and the furniture were old. You could smell the humidity as you walked in. We woke up around 7am as we were bitten by aunts. The bed and the floor were full aunts even though we didn’t take any food in the room. I took videos as well. We checked out one day earlier as we couldn’t enjoy.

We booked the boutique apartments and we got an upgrade to the So Nice hotel! Excellent location! The room was very spacious and clean! The staff was very polite and helpful. Forget to mention that the room we were given had a private pool! Totally recommend!!

Everything!!! We spent a wonderful time there. Everyone was nice. The hotel is beautiful and the atmosphere too. I sincerely recommend it to everybody! We will definitely be back one day, I hope!

The facilities were amazing. The staff was lovely and very helpful. It was right next to beach which I love. Everything was just perfect.

The lunch option could’ve been better we had spaghetti which was mediocre

We did not get to see the property as we were moved to another hotel but from the outside I would not say the images on booking.com represent the property.

We booked the property as the images on Booking.com made it look clean and modern, it was also close to the venue we were attending a wedding at. when we arrived there was no one at the place and it actually looked like someone’s house so we called the number available on Booking.com and were told we had been ‘upgraded’ to a resort called So White. This would have been nice to know in advance as I would have declined the offer, SO WHITE had a booking.com guest review score of 6 with negative reviews around cleanliness, while the place we booked has a guest review score of 8.3. Looking now it seems that SO WHITE is no longer showing on Booking.com. When arriving the the alternate property we were handed a key with no request for identification and a housekeeper was asked the show us to the room. the resort did not look in good condition and there were. I other guests to be seen, we did not feel safe. The room was not cleaned property and there were a lot of ants all over the floor. We decided to leave immediately and start looking for an alternate place to stay. The original place we booked was still available on Booking.com so it seems this is just used to get more business for their other property. Despite requesting a refund from the hotel and booking.com we have had no luck, I would have expected more from a global company that so many people trust with their holidays and experiences.

We got upgraded to the So nice Hotel with free breakfast, Everything was very nice, the staff was very kind and helpful. The pool area is spectacular, very clean.
