We chose to return to this wonderful property right on the beach because if it’s amazing location to water, food, and other activities! Property manager is amazing! Love the white building updates too. Everyone asked when can we return next time!!

Beautiful beach, awesome view - great balcony. Quiet part of Destin.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our family. It is right on the beach, which was just what we wanted, but still close enough to restaurants and stores and boat rentals. The beach is private so you don’t have any overcrowding issues. We will stay here again, and again, and again!

Everything exactly as described, and all interactions with the owner were great. Would definitely come again!

A wonderful location, Holiday Isle is the best in Destin. Enjoyed the private beach just for the Aegean as the other properties are bigger and much more crowded. Unit was great for 4 people. It was comfortable, and the patio was spectacular. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Aegean. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. It was upgraded and clean. Had a fantastic view and easy access to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Plenty to do in the area with minimal driving time. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in and out process was extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best vacation we’ve ever had. The condo was beautiful and so cozy! The view from the balcony was amazing. During our stay the dolphins were putting on a show! Every day we were there we saw many dolphins jumping and swimming in the ocean. It was awesome! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Process was extremely easy and as advertised

We had a wonderful stay! Place was spotless. Washer and dryer makes everything better on vacation. Owner was easy to contact and so sweet! She had chairs and toys for the beach also! Will definitely try to book again for next year! Been staying at The Aegean for over 30 years. The best memories. Beach is the best also. Not overly crowded and crazy.

Gorgeous property and location. We tried other beaches but always thought the condo’s beach was the best. This condo has spoiled us, we won’t be staying at a “cheaper” place again! Nikki, the owner, was very organized with the information she sent and was a great asset. If we had had any problems (we didn’t) I wouldn’t have hesitated to let her know because we knew she would happily assist us. And the refrigerator in the unit is the envy of all other fridges. 😀

We rent through VRBO a lot. This owner was well organized and super helpful. The condo was very nice, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Lots of extra touches - big fluffy towels, stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and tons of extra big soft blankets. We were close to grocery stores, shopping, and kid activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! Your condo is so nice, and so well appointed with anything a vacationer might need. The appliances were very nice! We have never stayed in a unit that had a kitchen as well equipped as yours. Plus, you had it stocked with nice things, not junky leftovers! We had plenty of towels and washcloths! The unit was very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean! We value your high expectations for cleanliness and keeping surfaces germ free! It was also nice that we could leave the unit without having to do a lot of chores! Nikki made the reservation and check-in process seamless! We appreciate all the restaurant tips you gave us! The view and the beach were wonderful! Thank for exceeding our vacation expectations!

This property is amazing! It's about as close to the beach as you can get without actually standing on the beach. The owner did a great job of explaining all of the features as well as local attractions. Property was fully equipped, clean/well-kept, and very spacious. The beach area wasn't crowded and the chair/umbrella service was always ready. Communication was awesome – Nikki was responsive to all of our questions before, during, and after our trip. It is a wonderful place to stay and if given the opportunity would definitely rent from again. We loved it! 5-star!!

It had everything you could possibly need including beach toys ! We did not cook but there was everything you needed if you wanted to hang and enjoy the beautiful deck with that amazing view ! The beach was not packed which was nice ! We will definitely be back ! Thank you Nikki for making our stay easy and enjoyable!

(Here’s a little back story.) We owned at the Inlet Reef for years and absolutely love being on the island. We have always admired the Aegean property. We have relatives there and visited the property but never stayed. This was a game changer! We thoroughly enjoyed this property and unit! The balcony view is perfect. The pool and grill areas are so well maintained. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Each room had everything one would need. Plenty towels. Extra blankets. Great cookware. The extra thoughtful touches (beach “gear”: two chairs w umbrella, beach toys, Bluetooth speaker and waterproof bucket) made easing into our beach days so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location, view, cleanliness and communication can't be beat! The beach is a VERY short walk, down some stairs and out the boardwalk. And the view of the beach is amazing if you prefer to relax on the oversized balcony. Peaceful either way. It is also extremely convenient to grocery, gas, restaurants, tourist shopping, day to day shopping, water park, etc. Communication was also top notch! Nikki sent details and instructions far in advance so you feel super prepared for your vacation. She was easily available throughout our trip, even before it began. We can't say enough great things about her! Thanks for a great stay Nikki!

This condo was perfect! Exactly as described and pictured. It has been done very nice! The location is great! Not a huge complex, so the beach was not packed; which was excellent and what we were looking for! The owner communicated before, during abs after the stay! She was great and very friendly! Will be booking again in the future!!

Our stay at Nikki's condo was great! Holiday Isle is a perfect nestled community, especially if you like space for your LO to run and play. The beach it NOT overcrowded! We were there for 6 days and each day there were only one row of beach chairs! The description of the property is 100% accurate. The view off of the large spacious balcony is beautiful! The condo is well stocked and the rental process is extremely easy. Thanks so much Nikki, you made our first visit to Holiday Isle an incredible one!
