What a beautiful sanctuary, close to many restaurants, with a private feel and easy walk to beach! Holly was a wonderful host and made the planning and renting experience a breeze! Will definitely be back!!

Another two weeks in paradise! Pool and beach were perfect!

We are absolutely in love with this fabulous condo and location cannot be beat. Located within short walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, the Island Store, Starbucks and most importantly the beach. The evening sunsets from the balcony are gorgeous. We were aware of the rebuilding in the area and the construction did not bother us at all as it was not in our immediate area. The beach is as perfect as always and the majority of restaurants and stores are back open. Holly and American Realty are phenomenal hosts and have literally thought of everything to make the stay serene, comfortable and easy. I am a pretty big hotel snob and this condo rates up there with the Four Seasons for comfort, style, luxury beds, sheets and overall cleanliness (if only they had room services lol). The condo even smells like a 5 Star Hotel. We definitely felt at home and cannot wait to return.

Beautiful condo steps away from the beach! Unforgettable sunsets every evening and memories made every day! I loved watching the island as it is coming back to life and being part of the nature everywhere. So nice to come “home” each day to a comfortable and inviting place to relax and let go of daily worries! Hoping to return for another visit next year!!

We have been vacationing Captiva over 20 yrs South Seas is our favorite. Very peaceful, incredible natural beauty. Even after a hurricane. Ive never had a better host in my life. Holly is great! The vacation house awesome. Modern design and appliances with everything you need… see for yourself.

We made so many lovely memories! We are so grateful to have found this gem which we called our home for 8 nights! We found it so convenient! You literally walk down 1 flight of stairs or take the elevator and you are just a short little path to the beach. The beach itself is pretty calm and uncluttered. The condo is impeccably clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has all you need cookware wise. Restaurants are convenient. You can walk to Doc Fords and are just a short car ride to all the other restaurants. It was likely walkable if we didn’t have children though. Golf carts are offered for an additional fee and I’m sure they would come in handy and be more fun for older children and adults. We didn’t feel comfortable since our children are really young, but honestly we were fine using our car. It was a great stay and we would highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautifully decorated beach front condo for a summer holiday. The condo had very comfortable beds, nice linens, a variety of pillows, (both soft down and memory foam), and summer weight duvets. The sofa turned into a sofa bed, that also had a topper to make it comfortable and fresh linens were provided. Every part of this rental is thoughtfully curated. There were beach towels, umbrellas beach chairs etc. We just loved everything! Holly was so easy to deal with and very responsive. She provided us with tips for rentals and restaurants and is a lovely host! We are already looking at dates to rebook for next year!

Excellent location, beautiful condo, beautifully appointed. Our family of four were very comfortable. 2 weeks went by in a flash. Communication with property management was excellent. Thank you!!
