This our second time back to the Jenkins Retreat, we love the space and location, it's easy for our family to location and visit for coffee or a meal. Also close to any attractions we wished to see during our stay. We enjoy the movie theater and having multi5 cozy living rooms.

Great time and great property!

My stay at the house was quite comfortable and I didn't hear any complaints from my firends either. We all got our own bed to sleep on and The Hot tub was nice and warm living up to its name. I highly recommend this house due to its close nature to the airport and mall of America (roughly 30 mins).

Great location and loaded with fun amenities!

Our group of girlfriends loved this VRBO for our four night stay. There were six of us which allowed each of us to have our own bed and the beds and pillows were very comfy with nice bed linens. There were plenty of towels both for showering and the hot tub. We liked the detail of having washcloths designated for removing makeup. The seating in the living room, lower level and theatre also had sufficient spots for each of us which isn’t always the case in the VRBOs we have stayed in the past. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans and they were in good condition and they even had tin foil and plastic wrap stocked. The outdoor seating was also nice and we were thrilled with the hot tub. The movie theater was so cool and we were able to get three movies in on during our long weekend stay. There is a book on site detailing operating instructions which was helpful, especially after using the hot tub. And we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. Finally, a couple of minor issues popped up during our stay and Chad, one of the co-owners, was easily reached, pleasant to communicate with and resolved the issues immediately or in a timely manner.

This home was exactly what we needed for our trip to Blaine, MN for our daughter's wedding. Big enough to house all of her siblings and guests, including our bride the night before her big day. Everyone loved the fact that there was plenty of space in the home so that we didn't all have to be together all the time. Theater room with Wii and Xbox along with board games. Plenty of places to sit down and eat and at the end of the day really comfy beds to relax in. The hosts are very communicative and quick to respond to any questions you have.

Perfect place for my siblings annual get-away! Plenty of space and everything was very nice. Would definitely come again!

Comfortable and roomy home. The property is located in a great neighborhood and convenient location to enjoy the attractions of the Twin Cities. Owners communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this home in Blaine for groups traveling together.

Our family (2 in 50s, 4 in 20s, 2 upper teens, 3 toddlers) stayed for 3 nights and loved it. A very nice suburban home on a quiet street, easy get to, close to services, etc. There was more than enough space for all of us to sleep, watch movies, play games, and enjoy each other's company. The fenced-in backyard was great for the small kids, and the theater room, kitchen, deck and hot tub were enjoyed by the adults. If you are looking for a well kept, spacious base for a family to enjoy activities in the Twin Cities area, this is it. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is stunning! We had a large group of family staying in the home and large groups of family visiting. It was large enough to still be comfortable. The house is absolutely beautiful! The communication with the owners is absolutely stellar and the check-in process is as painless as it can be. We absolutely loved staying in this home and would definitely stay again.

We have rented homes and condominiums in coastal Virginia, Miami Beach, the Caymen Islands and Provence (the south of France). This was the best. Never have we encountered a rental so well equipped, from the kitchen to the home theatre and the deck, and the five comfortable bedrooms. We had many wonderful meals around the table on the deck. The owner was the most responsive I've ever experienced (in 20 years). The only things better about the house in France were that it had a pool and it was in France. Stayed at the house for a girls weekend. Great house with plenty of space for group activities as well as being able to spread out to be alone. The outdoor space is amazing to enjoy the nice weather. Great neighborhood. Owners are awesome at communicating and getting back to you quickly when you have questions. Definitely would recommend.

The property was as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and nice.

We were looking for a place to stay that was not far away. This place was beyond perfect... 5 bedrooms -6 beds, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub and the theater room!! The owners thought of EVERYTHING. We wanted to stay longer!

Home was spacious and clean. The kitchen had close to everything you needed to cook family dinners.

I loved the multilevel part of this house allowing us to use different areas at different times. We had a few communication issues but that was really the only downside. Otherwise we loved it.

Nice property, loved the amenities. We cooked, laughed, had movie night and puzzled. All the extras you need, like a card table. Even in the winter we hot tubbed outside - great! Would return for sure.

Chad and Ashley were very responsive. The house was in a very nice neighborhood. It has a big backyard, great movie room, foosball table, plenty of seating and bathrooms and bedrooms for a big extended family gathering. Not far from Minneapolis either

House was everything we wanted and more. Extremely clean and every creature comfort you could ask for. The grill and hot tub were a great touch and the movie theater style gameroom was amazing. Next time we are in Minnesota I will definitely be looking for this house again.

House was great, we came into town to watch a football game with 3 friends and this house was perfect. It was great watching some of the other games in the theater room. House was clean and beds were very comfortable.

We enjoyed spending time with our kids and grandkids at this beautiful, spacious and comfortable home. The hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. We would love to return someday!
