Room was comfortable (yes, the floorboards are a bit creaky, but that is to be expected in an historic house!) . The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.
A kettle in the room would have been nice - there is one in the sitting room downstairs, but on holiday you like to to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the morining before getting up! The walk into St Brieuc is a 20 minute steep uphill walk, and most of the restaurants in town are shut on Sundays and Mondays. At the hosts' suggestion we drove to Rosaire-Plage (12 minutes drive away) and ate at the Cote Ouest and Le Rosaire. Not ideal to have to drive to your evening meal, but the food there is very good!

Quiet and relaxed and we made very welcome. There was ample parking along with a lounge and garden to sit in. We had a good breakfast.

Very welcoming , friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely guest lounge. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
Just two comments : we would have liked some drawers or shelves for our clothes. in the bedroom There were none so apart from using the hanging rail, clothes had to stay in our cases. Also the house is much further away from restaurants and shops than we expected.

Lovely welcome helpful and friendly. Large comfortable room and bathroom, all very modern/new in old mill building (lovely old floorboards!). Safe garage storage for bicycles. Nice breakfast spread with fruit, crepes, dairy free yoghurt, eggs

Beautifully preserved, decorated and furnished traditional building. Very comfortable room with good quality bedding, towels etc and all lovely and clean. Quiet at night and a nice walk into town to get a meal.
It would have been lovely to have a kettle in our room for an early morning cup of tea. We're English...it's a cultural thing!

Room was nice and clean with a lot of space, also had a new bathroom which is again comfortable and very clean. We had a very packed schedule of traveling, so we could arrive the hotel almost midnight, and our kind hosts waited for us until that hour, thank you very much again for your help. Breakfast was also very good, delicious and big with a lot of food choices.
Also, I don't know what products they use but the bed linens were smelling so clean and beautiful, from which you understand they are super clean and can have a great sleep if you are also like me, a bit obsessed with cleanliness of the bed you are sleeping in a hotel. You would be feeling very comfortable about it.
I couldn't find single use sleepers in the room, maybe I couldn't see but if they are not there I think it can be added

Beautifully decorated place and rooms, warm and elegant. We felt very welcome and the hosts took great care of us and shared useful tips on places to eat and highlights of the region. Cherries on the cake: spotless clean, lovely garden and super comfortable beds!
