We had three couple stay at the house and we had a great time. The house is well appointed; the swimming deck and outdoor furniture are great - we used these almost non-stop. The magnificent Tigertail beach is a 5 minute walk and the beach chairs, wagon and toys were excellent. We love this area. You can walk to the beach, hotels, restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The beach towels were nice.

We enjoyed staying at this place, close to the beach, had everything we needed available in the house, swimming pool was clean with jacuzzi and a clean house. Would recommend and would stay at the same location again.

We had a great time at this property. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this house is well worth the stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked a few meals at home and the pots and lans were in great shape and there plenty of other items to get the job done. There were even some spices, cooking spray, condiments- that are often thrown out at other places. The house was very clean upon arrival and less than 5 minutes to the grocery. I preordered groceries and we just unloaded the car and then went back and grabbed them- perfect! Beach wagon/chairs/umbrella/cooler were super nice to have! We also loved being able to park in the garage! The only “improvements” I could think of would be: pillows- master pillows were pretty flat. I could only find 3-4 washcloths anywhere in the house and there wasn’t a dishrag for the kitchen, and leaving a few extra trash bags. Other than a few minor things like that- this house was beyond perfect! Great pool, plenty of supplies and extras! It is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures!

My family and I loved our stay at this property. The house is modern, immaculate and literally a 5 minute walk to the public beach. The pool and lanai are clean, private and relaxing (lots of pool toys and beach supplies too). The kitchen is very well stocked with gorgeous counters, modern appliances, and plenty of room for a chef or two. The bathrooms are just as gorgeous as the kitchen with tons of towels. Shout out to the owner for the attention to detail and for making our vacation so easy!

The house was clean, nicely updated, and well-appointed. We especially loved the pool/spa and covered lanai. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were all in good condition and made our beach trips very easy and comfortable. The house was in a quiet location and the walk to the beach access was quick. Clean and spacious!! Everything we needed was included with this property. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, along with a cart to take them in. This will not be my last time staying here. Highly recommend!!

This home was the perfect beach retreat! Just a five minute walk to Marco’s wonderful beaches, coupled with a lovely home is just perfect! The pool and jacuzzi topped the day off to make this vacation one to remember. There were no issues with check in or anything else, all was smooth and easy!

This is an updated modern home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. We had two small children in our group and the house was very family friendly with included pack-n-play and high chair and smart TV that we could login to Netflix/Apple TV for them to watch their favorite shows. Our 4 year old spent hours a day in the pool. It was easy to take them to the beach in the included wagon and the beach was good for kids with plenty of shallow water and waves that were not too big. We had a question about booking a fishing charter and the homeowner was quick to respond with a great recommendation. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property! The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The decor was updated and the property was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The host was very responsive to questions we had and was great to work with. We loved this home! Perfect location for walking everywhere including restaurants and beach. We were there for 6 weeks, working remotely most of the time, but had a few guests join us for fun and relaxation. It was recently nicely renovated and appointed with everything we needed. Loved the pool and spa. Owners were very responsive to the few questions we had.

Location is fantastic. The beach is so close and the owners provide a wagon, cooler, and chairs. The pool/spa is very nice too. House is clean and cute. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We did have some issues with a/c and pool heater but the owners we’re on top of it very quickly. My only recommendation is that they upgrade the chaise lounges in back and the mattresses.

Clean and well stocked with things we needed for a fun vacation

We've been coming to Marco Island for the past ten years or so and love this area of the island. Renata made it super easy to book and get checked in, and the recent renovations make the space a really great place to spend a week or two. Public beach access is close by and very walkable (and it's a great part of the beach). The pool and spa were both nice and warm so we had fun outside even on the cooler November days. We'll definitely look forward to coming down and staying again for future trips.

My husband and I were here for 6 nights and will definitely be booking another stay here. The pool/hot tub was fabulous. The master bed was even bigger even comfier than our bed at home. The grill was in great shape. The location is a 5-min walk to beach and about 10-15 min walk to restaurants. 5 star stay!
