there seems to be some brick-making facility in front of the house so in the afternoon it can be quite dusty when walking to the guesthouse.

Very comfortable, very very clean. It's a new building next to the family house, they have four private rooms (1 double, 2 twin and 1 triple) with shared toilet and bathroom and a very nice kitchen and common area. There is a washing machine (200 som) and place to hang your clothes to dry. The rooms are really beautiful, have a lot of space and they are actually looks much better than the photos here. The breakfast are huge and very tasty! Sultanat, the owner, are really nice person to talk with, and she will make sure you will be satisfied. All of that for a price of a hostel bed. Amazing value for money.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, lovely host, you feel home in this little guesthouse. You would appreciate some quiet place to stay and relax after some hiking. I recommend a hundred percent.

The location was great (walking distance to the bus station), the room and bathroom were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and spacious. The hostess, Saltanat, was very helpful and nice (we accidentally double booked one night and she helped us cancel the second booking without charging). She doesn't speak English but is definitely a Google Translate pro. The breakfast was also nice.

This is an excellent guesthouse. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly and makes it a pleasure. The beds are comfortable. There is a kitchen with basic cooking equipment. It's quite close to the centre of town. The breakfast is huge and so tasty! The property also doubles as a factory for concrete bricks which is... unique!

Great place to stay in Kochkor. Perfect location - two steps to the bus station and very close to the market and all the shops. The guesthouse is on the second floor of the building with its own kitchen and shower/bathroom facilities. The family lives in a separate building. The rooms are very well renovated, everything is clean, feels new and works well. There's a washing machine - super handy for after multi-day yurt stays! But the best part is a wonderful friendly host Sultanat! She's super-welcoming and makes killer breakfasts!
