We stayed in the Hearon house for four nights. The listing was very accurate, and the host was very attentive. Would stay here again, and would recommend to anybody coming to exumas

This house is luxurious, beautiful and everything we imagined, plus! Steps to the resort beach and pool. It is beautiful! The resort has security guards at the entrance 24/7 and we felt completely safe the entire trip. We will definitely stay again! Sasha was there to answer all of my questions right away every time. Incredible getaway. Royal Villa was an excellent choice - we will return.

We spent 7 nights at the Royal Villa and it was even better then we hoped for. The views from the second floor are amazing from every direction and we enjoyed relaxing on the wrap around veranda while catching site of sea turtles and a possible lemon shark. The interior of the house is very nice and the bedrooms are huge. We will definitely consider coming back if we are in Great Exuma again.

Would definitely stay here again! House was gorgeous and had all we needed. Turtles and lots of fish swimming right up to the dock daily. We rented a boat and kept at the dock for several days. Feb point was a great location and we enjoyed having the restaurant and pool onsite. Great trip!

This home was perfect for spring break with 2 teenagers and 2 tweens. Kitchen was big and well appointed, washer and dryer worked great, easy to rent a boat and tie up at our dock, beds were comfortable, loved having the pool and beach club. Some of the kayak paddles were broken and trash was left on the dock but I mentioned to Sasha and it was immediately taken care of. We would def rent this home again.

The owner was very accommodating and the property in February point is very safe and clean. There’s easy access to everything and the house was well stocked.

Sasha the mgr was super responsive & helpful! Beautiful Villa and loved the beach club, pool & on site restaurant. Definitely renting a boat for a few days is a must do to explore the gorgeous surrounding area & hit Chat n Chill!

The home was just lovely, well stocked kitchen and stunning views from every vantage point. The multi tiered balconies allowed for some privacy and views of the harbor and the beautiful sea turtles and eagle sea rays. The dock was a perfect spot for our rental boat. Thank you!! We will be back!

Our family of 4 had a great trip! We had an issue with the grill and Sasha sent someone over immediately to fix it. Sasha was very helpful during our stay. It was a wonderful surprise to kind the two kayaks ... we really enjoyed them. We rented a boat and the dock was great to keep it there.

We loved our vacation to Exuma and loved having this beautiful property as a home base for the week. The decor of the property is sort of “Tommy Bahama” so it fits the island well. The home is located within a gated community. There is a wonderful beach club on the property that includes a pool, hot tub, sit down restaurant and bar as well as a full service spa. As a renter of this house we had access to all of these amenities. The only challenges we faced were small: *When we arrived, there were a few basic supplies missing from the property (for example, only one of the bathrooms had a roll of toilet paper on the holder, and there was no water jug in our water fountain). I reached out to the owner right away and they sent over everything we needed quickly; *During our first night when we were sleeping, a window screen that seems to have been not well attached fell into the living room with a loud crash. It shook us up for a bit but we calmed down when we realized it was not an intruder. Otherwise we felt very safe at this property. *We could not figure out the reasoning for this, but the February Point management shut off the water overnight every night we were there. So, if we ever woke up at around midnight or so or went to bed late, there would be no running water from the kitchen or bathroom sinks. It wasn’t a huge deal, but a tiny bit annoying. Overall, any issues were tiny. The location was perfect for exploring the island. The host was a helpful support, and the property was beautiful! We loved sitting out on the back deck with coffee every morning, and one day, we even got picked up by boat from our very own back dock! We very much would recommend staying at this property!

Loved every minute in Exuma! The house was in the perfect location! We loved spending time on the porch watching the water and enjoying cocktails. February Point is perfect with the beautiful pool and the Rusty Anchor if we didn't want to cook. The kitchen had everything we need - we had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The kids loved it and are ready to go back. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home! See you soon!

The property is lovely and perfect for our family trip. The house is much better than the pictures and the location was perfect. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning next year. The house was steps away from the beach club with an amazing restaurant... You must rent a boat from Jordan, it was the best part... We had the boat docked at the house the entire stay and only traveled by boat, even to the grocery store. Sasha was helpful and responded quickly however, I feel a welcome email providing details before your arrival would have been helpful, places to shop, store hours, a grocery list to pre-stock etc. I would highly recommend pre-stocking the house, especially if you arrive after the stores are closed. We got lucky, the restaurant was still open. It truly was an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this property..

Loved the home and would definitely rebook!

May want to stop at grocery store on way to the place from airport as they are not open late and there are only a few. The Rusty Anchor and staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. The pool with its views is a great place to relax.

Our stay was a success. The second story patio views and the dock made for some great moonlit nights next to the water. The grill at the house made cooking very enjoyable, and the place met all my expectations for cleanliness. One of the best restaurants on the island is walking distance, as is a gym at the bottom of the hill. The gym has a beach vibe to it and needs cleaning pretty badly, but it does the job with up to 300 lb barbell, dumbells up to 50, a few machines, stationary bikes and treadmills.

We travel a lot and this was one of our best ever getaways. Royal Villa (AKA Heron Hill) was an ideal location and the villa was great. More details to follow.

Was not impressed with the overall experience. Number of headaches as soon as we checked in. They checked us into the wrong villa. No WiFi during our entire stay. Only one TV was working and we had no running water for a while. Not a lot of activities for children at the resort. Whirlpool was not functioning and very little staff at the beach club. Will stay at Grande Isles at Emerald Bay when we are back next year.

We had a great stay at the "Royal Villa." We have stayed in February Point before and we'll be back, thanks Sasha for a great trip. The amenities were all in place, the house was cleaned and prepared before our arrival. We were told the house had just been renovated by new owners and it showed, everything seemed new. We heard the generator start humming and are pretty sure we had electricity when it went down at Feb point which was nice. The beach and beach club are steps from the house. Would recommend this villa, it has a great view of Elizabeth harbour on both sides and it has a private dock. We will be looking forward to returning.

Amazing Christmas at the Royal Villa! We slept with the curtains open so that we could wake up to see the water from our bed! Clean house and very spacious, more than enough for the five of us. We rented a boat from Minn's and the personal dock was key! We pulled up the boat right into our backyard and hopped off. Sasha was very sweet and greeted us upon arrival. She helped us organize a trip up the keys to see the swimming pigs and the James Bond cave. You might be tempted to just stay at the beach or pool at February Point all day, but you definitely should rent a car. The island has some hidden beaches worth exploring. Exuma is truly paradise. We'll be back!
