The property was clean and offered all the necessary services . The proximity to the lake was a good thing for us.
The beds were too small ( length wise) for me and my husband.

The location was beautiful...
Was a bit disappointed with boiler, wasnt working for first day. Was then fixed and no complaints..
No wifi..

Loaction was nice not much around gorgeous lake that you CANNOT swim in.
Oven, hob and grill did not work. Not much around. Cant swim in lake

When we were on the way, it was beautiful.
If weather was good, walking around the lake was nice.
Restaurant bar was 12 to 6 and sometimes 8pm.
Unfortunately at the first night which was storming and heavy rain, we had to move to the other property because the gas capsules were empty and during movement my wife fell down. It was horrible time.
I haven’t seen this before that property wasn’t ready and you find it during night and bad weather. Nobody was there to help, just we could talk to owner which was in London and that was disappointing. And next to the site another site was under construction.
I don’t recommend there.

The caravan was clean and tidy. The site was quiet and scenic. Looking forwards to going back when the wake boarding park is open. The ski bar on the water front was good too. Communication with kingdom holidays was good and received the deposit back no issues. Would definitely return.

The caravan is in a lovely location, lots of walks and pretty scenery. The caravan was spacious, comfortable and clean. We stayed as a family 2 adults and a child. There was a park close to the caravan situated on the site itself, only a 2 min drive into Millom where there is the train station and a big park.

The caravan was clean and new carpet. Good location and the owner was very nice and helpful.

No Wi-Fi in the caravan. I think that would be a big bonus. a few things need looking at, the heating in the main bedroom doesn’t work, the knobs on the oven are loose, and the blind in the bathroom was broken.

was ok but smelt of smoke throughout as if previous guests or owners smoked inside. also no idea how to get keys on arrival so spent time trying to sort - communication on what to do in arrival / prior to arrival was very poor. expected somewhere to take deposit and get keys but effectively self service and no idea what to do! 😞

The park is set in a beautiful area with stunning views. And the caravan was perfect and spotlessly clean.
The only thing I can think of is more heating in the caravan as the weather turned very cold at night.

The actual place was very relaxing and lovely scenery
The mattresses were very springy and not comfortable, 1 pair if dirty knickers were found behind a cushion on the sofa

Everything is very nice. Lovely quite place, nice restaurant with lovely food, few attraction for kids and adults.

Gorgeous little caravan in a perfect setting. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Facilities were great including the cooker, tv and comfy beds. Would absolutely stay again, the host was great at responding and kind. If you want a long weekend away by a beautiful lake and tranquil beach this caravan is perfect. Loved we could take our puppies they had the best time!

Location was great
Paid higher amount for a lake view caravan, but the alloted one was two rows back from the lake, Caravan was too old and not that nice, one big room is there, but other two rooms are really small. please try to confirm the same while you booking,

Smelt funny- Smokey smell.
Cold as can’t leave gas heating on when out.
Bathroom shower dribbles out.
Overall I feel it needs updating.

The caravan was very spacious, with good views
The caravan was not very clean at all. We could see the floor was dirty before we even stepped in, the fridge was filthy, plates and pans hadn't been washed properly. We found rubbish in the sofa and bedrooms. The bed linen in one if the rooms and the towel smelt very foisty and unpleasant.

The scenery. Caravans clean and comfortable. No towels.
Lovely scenery to the coast. The drive in through Millom is a dump. The Ski Bar itself was lovely but it there was an event on. People walking around drinking beer, loud,children left looking after themselves next to the lake. The restaurant was shut down. Once the event was finished the whole place settled down and was actually quite peaceful. We wouldn't go back.

Clean, spacious and modern. Excellent comms with the host.
Missing some essentials like standard glasses and pans have seen better days. No heating for master bedroom.

The location was absolutely beautiful, right on the water with a lovely walk around the RSPB nature reserve. The Ski bar on site also serves lovely food and drinks. The holiday home itself was a great size and decorated really nicely.
When arriving, it took 3 attempts to get hold of the host for the keysafe number to get in. The oven was broken and even though we flagged it on the first evening to the host, it was not fixed meaning we couldn't use it during our stay as it was dangerous. The sofas looked quite dirty and there was food on the floor. There was no glasses, only mugs to use. Also worth noting that towels are not provided, so you have to take your own.

The whole experience, after travelling for 5hrs we arrived for half 8. There was no proper help onto the property! The numbers are out of order and we spent a good hour before finding the caravan…. You should have someone on the property to give help if needed…. Ive stayed in a few places and I wouldn’t be staying in this one again!
