I almost hate to give a great review because I want this place to be available when I come back to town. In all seriousness, it’s perfect, especially if you are traveling with dogs. The fenced in back yard is such a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and they even supplied coffee and tea which was nice. House was clean, bedrooms were comfortable and had usb combo outlets which is really helpful for the myriad of charging cords needed to keep our electronic lives running. Definitely plan to come back. Thank you!

The house was cute and very clean. Location was amazing as it was an easy walk to downtown and less than a block to the Lumber District. Owner's were very responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely rent this house again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Brevard. The locations is very convenient. We enjoyed walking to downtown as well as nearby restaurants and breweries. The house was cute and everything we needed for our extended weekend in Brevard. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit Brevard in the future.

Property was clean and well appointed. Very close to town for shopping and art galleries. We had a wonderful stay.

Our group of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage! we had plenty of room, and the screened porch and fire pit made for a great hangout spot after walking to dinner. Being able to stroll around the town and the college campus suited us well. The proximity to DuPont State Forest for hiking and biking adventures was just perfect. The front garden was delightful, and made us all smile every time we walked out the door! Would definitely stay here again. The host was quickly responsive to my one question bout access to the shed for bike storage. The cottage is well appointed, airy and amazingly quiet for such close proximity to town. Book it! You'll be glad you did!

Spent a few nights here to see Brevard and go into Pisgah for sliding rock. We had all we needed in the kitchen and baths. Added plus was fenced backyard for canine. Really enjoyed being able to walk to town. The Noblebräu had best sweet potato fries! Screened porch is great. This is small ranch house reminiscent of 1950’s. This is not accessible for wheelchair.

Brevard was lovely. House was perfect location to have easy strolls to eat and shop. We had great weather that was cool enough to enjoy screened porch one night. Enjoyed day outing in Pisgah to do sliding rock and the cradle of forestry.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is situated amongst everything that downtown Brevard has to offer. We (all guy fly anglers) especially liked all the close breweries and live local music. The house amenities exceed most vrbos and the kitchen is very well supplied again exceeding most other rentals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely stay here again in the future. Owner was quick and helpful when i called.

Son and daughter in-law live in Brevard and house was in walking distance to them and many other things. Very convenient and allowed us to spread out in the house and it had everything that we needed. Would stay here again

The place was very cute and was conveniently located to town. The neighborhood is a little industrial but still close to everything. The 3rd room is a double so not ideal for a couple of kids. I would definitely recommend.

This house is very cute, very clean, and the owner was very responsive to us. The house is located super close to some great restaurants, bike shop, & breweries. The completely fenced in back yard was great for our dogs, and the locking bike shed was awesome!

Great location close to downtown. Clean and fresh smelling. Everything was great. Great communication with our hosts. Brevard is a great place. Nice to hear up and tackle the outdoors-biking hiking or unwinding.

The house was clean, and check in was easy. The location is perfect. I asked a question a couple of times while arranging the rental and did not get an answer, but as soon as we were given the contact information for our host (via email the week before our arrival) the communication was good and quite prompt. We were planning to do a fair amount of cooking since one family member has some dietary restrictions. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are lots of plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils - I think about 15 place settings. We had everything we needed except for dishtowels, so we quickly used up the provided roll of paper towels and the roll we had brought with us. We could not figure out how to start the disposal (it's a push button on the sink ledge to the right of the faucet), so I called our property contact (who turned out to be the owner) to ask. She was very responsive and pleasant. When I asked about the dishtowels, she was surprised there were none in the drawers and had someone bring us a couple the same day. It was cold while we were there, and it would have been nice to have had a space heater in the hall bathroom. There is a built-in heater in the master bathroom. Someone commented in another review that the furniture in the living room could be more comfortable. I would have to agree, but we would still be happy to stay in the house again. We spent more time inside than we would have if the weather had been better. We enjoyed the table in the dining area and used it to play games and do simple crafts and jewelry-making as well as for eating. The screened porch is very nice, so I would like to come back again when it's warmer to enjoy it and to see the garden in bloom.

We Had a wonderful stay at this property in Brevard. The house is convenient to all of the restaurants, shopping and Ingles grocery store. The backyard is well fenced and very pet friendly. Easy to get to many beautiful hiking areas from this location. The only criticism that I have would be the lack of comfortable seating in the house. The chairs were very straight and kind of hard to sit on. Everything was clean and bright upon our arrival. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook. Overall, a great experience 😊

Quiet location. Not far from Greenway's Paths. Liked keyless entry. Really no complaints. A great few days. Thankyou.

We attempted to wash clothes, but the machine erred and locked the door. We contacted our Evolve contact and received this information… “Good morning. The washing machine only allows small to medium sized loads. It doesn't like comforters like big fluffy things, etc. It's possible you may need to take something out once you follow the instructions below and split it into 2 loads.” We washed 2 pants, 2 shirts, and 1 pair of shorts and were accused of attempting a too large of a load without any conversation. Then a local maintenance person stopped by and could not clear the error, so he drained the machine and it reset. Then we received this message… “Mr Doe came by and cleaned out the drain. He thinks it's also possible the load may have been too light for the sensors. When you run another load, can you possibly run a slightly larger load? Thanks!” So now we are accused of running a load too small without any communication. We then attempted to wash the 1 set of towels and again the machine erred. This time the property owner returned a missed call from me. When I asked to clean towels to be delivered she said, “no one is available and I live in Florida so you can go to a local washateria around the corner to clean the towels.” After our stay I decided to take her up on her offer to financially compensate us for the inconvenience. She responded with “What do you suggest?”. I suggested about 10%. I also contacted the Evolve team about the communication and since she was contacted by Evolve, she now responded…” As you elected to escalate to Evolve, your request needs to, and will be, addressed through their resolution process.” Please note it was a great rental and location in Brevard and why the property has received 5-star reviews. Just be aware when something goes wrong don’t expect any support from the Owner or Evolve. Not sure what VRBO thinks either.

The house was very clean and my girls could walk to town. It is a beautiful town and we would love to stay there again.

We loved staying here! We walked to breakfast every morning across the street at Morning Social (get the Salmon Benedict!) . We enjoyed a drink by the fire while the dogs ran in the backyard every night. It’s about a 10 min walk to downtown so we chose to drive. We would 1000% stay here again!

We were visiting last year for my fathers memorial. It was a sad day for all if us but we picked this house and it made our trip wonderful. The house was clean and bright. It had all the dishes towels and conveniences that you would want. It is located one minute from king street where we ate at great restaurants and danced to live music at a random bar. Such fun. The owners were so responsive and made everything easy for us . As a matter of fact, I left my fathers Notre Dame hat in the closet. And they sent it back to me! Thank you again for going the extra mile. We will return to this lovely home again . I would highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our group with dogs to meet up in Brevard and hike and enjoy the area. We loved the easy check in and how clean and well stocked the house was on arrival. We loved the fenced yard and screened porch and sat outside relaxing with coffee in the morning and a local beer in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and space for all 6 of us. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Brevard. We walked to breakfast at Morning Social once (highly recommend) and into town for dinner many times. We would definitely return!!

Adorable house with very comfortable beds and a lovely screened in porch. The yard is well fenced so our dog was able to explore. We dropped our girls off at camp and then went for amazing hikes in Pisgah and Dupont national parks. We walked to restaurants (Eat. Love. Thai. was wonderful) and everything! Great location, great spot, great town!!

Our three adults, one dog and one cat all rated this vacation home 5 stars! Besides plenty of space in this one-floor house-- 3 bedrooms/2 full baths(one ensuite)-- it had an excellent screened porch that all of us enjoyed. Plenty of thoughtful upgrades in this house and well-maintained--all systems worked. And a good supply of essential/useful amenities. Topped off by a stoutly-fenced backyard that relieved us from having to walk the dog for all outside breaks. The location is excellent--a small neighborhood (with constant birdsong serenade during our April stay) walking distance away from the Brevard tourist shops in one direction, well-stocked grocery store in the other, and the delights of the Pisgah National Forest/French Broad River/Dupont State Forest, etc. short drives away. Finally, the hosts were pleasantly responsive for the few questions we had. Definitely 5 stars!

This house was the perfect space for our family for a weekend in Brevard to visit relatives in town. The size was just right and it had everything we needed and more. We loved being able to walk to Main Street and to enjoy time together at the house. We hope to visit again soon!
