Plenty of Parking - within 100 metres of the event I was attending, all clean and well maintained.

There were no problems.

The location was perfect for me as my friend I come to see lives close by and it makes a good base for going out. It is easily accessible from the M40. I was extremely pleased with the nightly rate for the room.

Only an observation....... As the room did not have a chair due to the available space, the only place to sit was on the available side of the bed and this had resulted in the mattress being slightly lower on that side, rotating the mattress would help prevent this happening.

the location was excellent, and the price was right.

the room was tiny as was the bathroom. We had to open the bathroom door in order to get dry. The facilities were very basic which is not what i thought when booking.

Room was at the front of the building near the road and the 2nd car park, which meant every time a vehicle was started I was woken up - on the 1st night this was at 4:15am with the vehicle engine being left running for approximately 15 minutes, thereafter vehicles periodically coming along the road meant I didn't get back to sleep. 2nd night the fire alarm went off about 5:30am for no apparent reason and it then took about 30 minutes for it to be turned off
