Everything was so conveniently close. Publix across the street, lots of great restaurants close and the beach was only 6 miles snd it is beautiful. We enjoyed it so much I am sure we will be back again. Thanks for sharing your place with us. David and Karen

This place was very clean and nicely decorated.

Condo was as advertised. Clean and well furnished. Fairly small one bedroom unit.

We were visiting for a quick trip to spring training. The apartment was perfect, if a bit small…but we knew that would be the case for a family of four. We were not home much, but found everything we needed when we were. We appreciated the small things that were already thought of for us - beach gear, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash, hand soap, cold water and snacks when we arrived. The kids loved the pool and the location was great - close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, etc. The host also let us know that the condo was ready early, which we really appreciated after an early morning of travel. We’ll stay here again if we’re back in the area!

We had driven 8+ hours the day we arrived & settled right in to this clean,inviting home away from home! Doris had snacks to fill us until our grocery run,coffee,detergent pods & softener sheets. All these made our stay quite convenient. When we had a slow draining bathroom sink,I called & Joseph answered his phone,gave me a time he'd arrive (the same day) & was prompt & took care of the problem! Wish we had that kind of service at home! The check in & out was easy,too! One of the highlights of our stay was the heated pool-I spent time there often & met so many friendly guests! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Sarasota.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was exactly as advertised, location was very close to shopping and a short drive to Siesta Key. Enjoyed the convenient access to the pool and the assigned parking spot. The unit was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked with everything that you will need. We would book this unit again!

This is a nice little place for its location. We just stayed two days and everything was good for us. The property manager had great communication and everything once inside the condo was as expected. The outside was ok, nothing special though. Basically residential condos. If I was doing a short trip again with no expectation of going to the beach I would stay here again.

I come to Sarasota twice a year for work and usually stay in a motel. This time I chose a condo closeby. Everything was clean and neat, the kitchen was well equiped, and the patio was lovely in the morning. We also enjoyed our day trips to Venice and Casey Key. Thanks for sharing this home!

My husband completed his masters degree and I wanted to surprise him. We went to the Suncoast Boat Show and Uber was very convenient. Lots of things close to the the condo so we could walk. Condo was clean and well stocked.

Walking into this condo, right away, I could smell how clean & fresh that it is. It is completely updated & beautiful! The host answered any questions that I had immediately & went out of her way to accommodate anything that we asked of her. She left sweet little touches to show how much that she cares about her property! I would stay here again rather than any other place that we’ve stayed in the area over the past 20 years. I’d definitely recommend to family & friends! Very quiet & felt private even though it’s in a condo complex. Great pool area! Perfect all the way around!

Nice and clean

Location it's ok, not the best neighborhood not the worst. You could tell the owner put lots of effort to make your stay very comfortable but unfortunately there's things that cannot be changed.. The people upstairs and the paper thin walls .. you can literally hear the children going back and forth stomping their feet screaming. I mean you can hear everything. if you're looking for an extreme ly peaceful place for a long-term that's not the place ,but if you just looking for a place to crash for a day or two then that's okay. And other thing, as you walk in you senses will be attached by the endless plugs in oil air fresheners..all over the tiny apartment.. I can even breathe I had to take him all outside in the balcony so I could breathe ..But everything else is nice and clean. I forgot to add it's not a one bedroom the badroom does not have a door so it's more of a studio apartment. And the sofa is hard as a rock. Hope this helps

The whole property consists of 75 to 100 or so two-story condo units with some yard space in between the clusters. Nice plantings, with flowering bushes in front of each building. Each apartment has its own parking space, but not necessarily placed in front of the place to which it belongs. It can be a little tricky to find the apartment at first. The property includes a workout room and a small kidney-shaped pool surrounded by a fence. The condo complex, though slightly worn, seems fairly well maintained. The small ground-floor apartment my husband and I stayed in was cutely designed and furnished, with welcoming touches -- and very clean. The host provided beach towels and two chairs, which came in very handy. We appreciated the granite countertops in the kitchenette space and bathroom. Note that there is no dishwasher, which was not a problem for us two. But helpfully, there is a stacked washer/dryer. Also note that there is no door to the bedroom -- just a mini-hallway. So if you're sharing the place with kids or friends, privacy is something to think about. The little lenai (sp?)(screened-in porch) was nice for two people to have coffee in the morning. Off to the right of the lenai is a narrow stream or other flowing piece of water. As for housekeeping, when we had a very minor issue, the assigned "handyman" was there in a jiffy and was efficient and friendly. The place suited our needs budget-wise because the whole West Coast is very pricey, and it's hard to find short-term rentals. Across the highway from the entrance to the condo complex are some nice stores and restaurants, including a Publix supermarket. We also found delicious pizza at Valentino's a short distance away. Siesta Key -- and its beaches -- are extremely crowded in high season, so if you want to snag a free public parking space and enjoy the beaches, you'll need to get to them by 8:30 a.m. The host responded to our initial inquiries promptly and was very good about changing the dates of our stay when our plans changed.

We had a very nice 2 week stay at this very clean, cozy condo. It was close to everything, groceries, restaurants, Siesta Key. The pool, almost right out our front door, was wonderful. Good communication with host. The only suggestion I would have, is a mat in the bathtub, as it was quite slippery. We enjoyed our time there

Enjoyed our short time there! Amenities were good, enjoyed the pool. Overall we would go back! Only issue we had was the toilet needs some work. Had to stop it from running by taking top off and do it by hand.

Is clean, comfortable and charming. It’s 10-15 minutes away from everything. We spent our days on the beach and our evenings enjoying Sarasota. We will be back!
