This was an outstanding house. Just as listed.

We spent a lot of money for this property with massive construction right next store that started at 630 am on Friday and Saturday. Woke everyone in the household as large boulders were being delivered and manipulated. Our whole hose was shaking. If you would have mentioned the potential for this we would have chosen a different property. It relaxing at all

House looks exactly like it dies in the photos. You will not be disappointed! Issues were addressed quickly and the staff is in Malibu do they can swing by if necessary. This was everything we hoped for and more!

Loved waking up to seeing pelicans perched on a large rock out crop and seat lion heads bobbing in the ocean whilst waiting for theirs to come available. Great seating both in and outdoors and loved sitting around the fire pit and using the spa overlooking the ocean.

Upon walking into the villa you immediately encounter stunning views of the ocean. In the morning you can have your coffee on the balcony and watch the sun rise as the dolphins swim right in front of you. The decor is amazing and the home is equipped with everything you need to have an awesome experience. If you love to cook there is a gourmet kitchen which is open to the awesome views of the ocean. The kitchen has a six burner gas stove with two ovens and an over sized refrigerator for you to enjoy. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and three of the four bedrooms has ocean views with access to a balcony. The beds are some of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in. You will awake feeling well rested and you can hear the ocean waves as you prepare for the day. On the third level there are gorgeous sitting areas that allow for you to view the ocean from the balcony or from two separate sitting areas. On the main level there are two separate sitting areas with ample seating for everyone and floor to ceiling windows to take in the breathtaking views. This area is equipped with a Sonos sound bar which makes watching a movie, sports game or listening to music an awesome experience. In the evening you can sit by the outdoors fire pit with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset and the seals sunbath. There were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed upon my arrival and Brayden and his team were easy to reach and always very pleasant and helpful. My questions were answered immediately and they had someone come out to the villa the next day to address the issues. The only disappointment was that the fireplace in the master bedroom was not working. However, they did try to fix it but a part needed to be ordered for the issue. This villa is located on a busy highway, so I would recommend backing into the garage to make it easier to depart when you are ready to leave. This was an amazing villa and I have some wonderful memories. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our family time as we celebrated my husbands birthday and our anniversary.. what a magical experience staying in this gorgeous beachfront property. So tastefully decorated and all the amenities you could hope for. The house was centrally located with easy access to restaurants and Santa Monica Pier. We highly recommend this place!! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!!

The views from almost every room and from all three terraces are simply stunning. The house features the Pacific Ocean like no other property I have seen. It’s truly a special home to enjoy with friends or family.
