The people who were staying were pleasant

I was given attitude and grief over my ESA dogs, they made me have their certificates faxed even though I had their paperwork and because my large one barked and growled when someone knocked on the door they declined me to extend my stay but charged me for an extra day which I wasn’t allowed to stay or get refunded

I was never stay in the room I booked they have it away I was coming from out of town bus was late when me and my kids got there it was closed they said come back in the morning 10am I got there that's the hours they open my room was gone already and I booked it ahead of time then they tried to charge my card twice but I took the money off already I think they did not want my kind..

The staff at the front desk was pleasant.

NOTHING was as advertised! Room shown on web page not room at facility. The price quoted with reservation not the price of the room given. They have 7 day pricing, not 9 as booked, except for large additional fee.

there wasn’t much to like about the place. dirty. swore I seen cockroaches.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The general manager, Sunshine, was far from sunny. She had the demeanor of a drill sergeant. we had mail delivered there and the staff opened it and tried to use the debit card enclosed. we were I. a rush to leave and left a few items in the room. Were told a few hours later that they had thrown them away. who does that. not junk items. An expensive Bluetooth speaker that was a gift from my kids for Father’s Day. To top it off, I was charged $70 to reset keycards due to an outdated system. Ridiculous!!!!!!

No breakfast.

Staff was not friendly and the room lack a lot. Maybe when renovation are done could be ok. Tub in bad shape. Look like mold behind fridge.

At least the toilet flushed.

Everything looked old and rusty. Even the toilet was dirty and there were red stains on the carpet. There’s fire damage on the stove. The bathtub running water is faulty and you have to jimmy it to get it to work. This place needs some serious work.
