We stayed Monday-Thursday. Quiet location, everything easy to find and the beach view did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

My family and I have stayed at Summer House many times and wanted to try staying in 454 because it is the furthest southern point of the property. From the moment we began our trip, the lack of communication for checking in was apparent. I was surprised by this since so many of the reviews were great for this property. The condo was so dirty, by anyone’s standards and it looks like it had been a long time since it had a deep clean. Wet towels and linens on arrival ( wet towels in the closet drying on coat hangers?), filthy windows, filthy kitchen……just too many things to name. Summer House is a gem of a property but this property manager was obviously not hands on. We still made due given the issues but I would not stay at this property again due to the lack of attention to detail.

We went for our anniversary and had a great time! Unit was much bigger than we were expecting/used to from previous vacations on other beaches. Great size for bringing kids and having plenty of space for everyone. Very spacious, with a great view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. Short, easy walk to the beach. About a 30 minute drive to downtown St Augustine and we ate at some awesome restaurants there. The forecast for our stay had rain every day but it only ended up raining when we first checked in and that night, so it was wonderful beach weather! * garbage disposal was not working well when we were there * but no issues with anything else Beach chairs, etc were available for use, which was very nice!

Easy check in to this perfect little condo on the beach. It was an easy little walk to the beach.

Master bath toilet constantly ran, dryer didn’t dry in a timely manner, master bedroom window’s wouldn’t open. Owner would not respond to messages.

The main bedroom overlooked the ocean, which was perfect! The beach was clean and beautiful. We loved staying here.

Great and cozy condo, beautiful view from the bed, we enjoy seeing dolphins swimming and enjoy the space and the great ambiance.
