Zero kontaktu z obsługą. Do dzisiaj nie dostałem odpowiedzi na maile które wysłałem przed przyjazdem. Nie mogłem poradzić sobie z otwarciem. Gdyby nie zadziałały kody to spalibyśmy w aucie :(( Niestety dom wymaga gruntownego remontu bo wszystko jest stare i podniszczone. Pościel stara i wymaga wymiany. Dywany, meble aż gęste od kurzu. Rolety zniszczone. Otoczenie zaniedbane. Barierka na tarasie niebezpiecznie ledwo się trzyma i jest owinięta taśmą ostrzegawczą ! Zdjęcia absolutnie nie pokazują rzeczywistości. Szkoda bo dom ma potencjał ale widać że obsługa i właściciel kompletnie o nieruchomość nie dbają. Nie polecam...

The property was huge. There was tons of things to do all over the inside and outside of the property.

I didn’t like how the paper stating all the rules and fines that come with breaking any of the rules of the house was hidden and away from all of the other papers. I didn’t notice that paper until the next morning of my stay. It would have been better if that paper was by the entrance where the others were or in the binder provided. Also one of the bedsheets had holes in it.

Accommodated our big family comfortably in a great neighborhood. Lots of outdoor space and no neighbors in sight. Separate dog door & run was a nice feature. Plenty of linens and comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and furnished very nicely. Appreciated the use of the garage. Loved the pool table. Nice walk up to the top of the property to a gazebo. Short drive to grocery store and downtown Truckee.

Some ants in the main bathtub. Disappointed that there was no barbecue outside but kitchen was well equipped. The railing along the front, 2nd level, of the home is not secure. It does have caution tape on it. We just kept the front door locked and used the garage and back door to enter the house.

No breakfast. Location ok.

Property was filthy on arrival. Unflushed toilet paper in downstairs bath and a piece of cropper tubing left on the floor. Cups taken out of the kitchen cabinet had food particles in them. Rugs upstairs hadn't been straightened out under master bed or pool table creating a trip hazard. Plugs to master bed end table outlets were not plugged into wall plug so they were not functional. Master bath shower base was filthy and some kind of "gunk" was left in the drain. Chair in Master Bedroom was broken but was placed at the table. If I hadn't noticed that it was broken and sat in it, it would have fallen apart and I would have fallen to the floor. Clothes / articles were left in the downstairs dryer.

This was very large and beautiful 3 story cabin on a big plot of land in a secluded area, which can easily sleep 9 guests. The cabin is a short 10 minute drive to Truckee and Lake Donner and a 30 minute drive to Lake Tahoe.

After paying close to $1,000 per night, we expected a 5-star experience which was NOT the case. Lower level: Garage had furniture strewn about and ripped trash bags overfilled with broken tiles. Basement had bullet hole in window, freaking out our kids. Also an extra mattress unsecure along the back wall and broken toilet seat. Washing machine leaked making it unusable. Main Level: Outside deck thickly covered with dirt/pollen. Living room double doors broken forcing us to block access from any intruder with a table. Home instructions listed a fire extinguisher but we never found it. Kitchen sink leaked making large puddles. Dining room rug had curling edges, creating constant tripping hazard. Main Level Bathroom: Carpenter ants around shower and ceiling beams. Toilet flusher broken and had to remove lid and jiggle chain each use. Missing light bulb over sink. 1st Spare Bedroom: Rust stains on carpet and broken chair. 2nd Spare Bedroom: Broken shades and another rug tripping hazard. Upper Level: Billiards area had third tripping hazard rug and exposed wires on wall which appeared to be unfinished light fixtures. Master Suite: Carpenter ants chewing up support beam over the tub leaving piles of sawdust in tub and on laundry chute. Fourth tripping hazard rug under the master bed. Live bat in shower found 2nd day. Upon advice of pest control, entire upper level off limits due to pest infestation. No instructions for heating unit, recycling/garbage or basement television. Heater preset to daily heat house to 76 degrees, explaining heat in upper levels. Some issues were definite safety hazards but others were simple maintenance issues easily fixed especially when a business like Vacasa was "supposedly" managing this cabin. Proper upkeep was not included in the exorbitant extra fees. Manager WAS NOT professional or friendly even upon sending pics of all issues. We will continue using booking.

No viewable adjacent neighbors. Large lot. Spacious home. Open floor plan. Seating nooks throughout the home.

Needed fans for hot evenings, particularly in upper bedroom. Could use some steak knives. Not big deals, just would have enhanced our stay a bit.
