Clean and close to the beach

AC didn’t work properly. Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Overall all building looked dilapidated.

The bed was soooo comfy. Water pressure was really nice. Location supreme.

I knew it was a tiny room but honestly it was fine because we hardly hung out there anyway.

Nice to be right in the middle of town walking distance very convenient.

Not having power to the refrigerator, microwave or in the bathroom. Had to go buy drop cords so I could get light in the bathroom to be able to use. The 2nd day they finely got the electric fixed.

We tried for several weeks to reach out to someone and couldn’t talk to anyone. After we found out that it was Orange Crush Festival weekend we wanted to change our dates. NO ONE would respond to me. We are senior citizens and wanted no part of this festival. We could not safely leave our room after 6pm because of the crowds that swarmed around the Carbo House and on the street. The roads were blocked off completely. This was not the weekend we had planned

Close to Toen

Very small, bed had sand, shower floor slanted, no sink in bathroom, door lock a hassle each time IN and OUT, TV ineffective, and little help from Staff when asking for help.

location is the only good thing in this property

The property wasn’t ready for rent. My parents came for a vacation and noticed that electric stove didn’t work. Water was dripping from the ceiling. We contacted property manager to get an electric stove fixed and they did fix it… after 4 days of actively working in this listing. So when we were paying for full vacation experience, the workers were always around and in property. What kind of vacation is that? Why my parents had to spend their time in a room explaining what is broken? So be prepared that you’ll spend your vacation not on the beach, but in this property waiting for a handyman. And we didn’t even got any discount! Nothing! We paid the full price while 4 out of 7 booked days the workers were in the property fixing an electric stove!

The room was extremely comfortable and homey. I felt safe since I did travel alone. I will definitely be booking the Carbo House again very soon!

I loved everything about the room, I wouldn’t change a thing!
