This property has the best location! The beach is right out front, just steps away, and is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Our kids loved it and had so much fun. There are restaurants and shops all within walking distance. They sent a driver to pick us up and stop for groceries on the way so we had everything we needed. Overall, amazing property! Hope to be back next summer!

We stayed here for a week with friends, 7 adults in total. I had stayed here previously with my family about 12 years ago, and it was pretty much the same as I remembered it. The property manager, Anita, was very communicative and available whenever we reached out. The central A/C went out right before we arrived, so we had a couple days of just A/C in the bedrooms while Anita worked to find a solution. She got a crew in on our third day and had a new split installed in the living room. This is one of the best locations you can stay in West Bay -- top floor, closest to the beach, but down the beach far enough where it feels private. When we go back, we'd probably look here again first.

Best location on West Bay! Our group of 8 had a magical time and made memories that will last forever. We’ve stayed at many places but this tops the list. Excellent place, excellent staff! We’ll be back!

It was an amazing beachfront condo with amazing service!

One of the most serene and picturesque settings you could ask for. Just steps to the beach and 24 hour security was comforting. The unit is dated and not as clean as we would have hoped for.... Sand everywhere, but you are on the beach. The interior furniture was quite dated as well, outdoor furniture was newer. Overall very nice location. P.S. Don't forget the bug spray...

My wife and our 3 adult children stayed at this property over Christmas and New Year's. Anita arranged many things for us including transportation while we were on the island. Ernesto, our main driver and Wilson took us any where we wanted for dinner, etc. They were fantastic. The house is as advertised with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, but it is lively! We enjoyed the fireworks right out in front of the unit off of the main dock that is used for scuba trips and water taxis taking you to West End. Anita was helpful throughout the trip and we had her cook a meal for us and it was fantastic. Overall, a great stay!

This property is in the best location on the best beach in Roatan. Restaurants, bars, scuba diving, mini markets, excursion boats are just a few minutes walk. The property is equipped with everything you may need, from a complete kitchen to snorkeling equipment. The balcony has the most amazing view.

Location is unsurpassed, feet from water. Accomodations roomy and open. Entire sliding doors open for a wonderful open view. Richard and Anita very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

This location is superb. Everything you want is walking distance, no car needed. The views from anywhere of the main area and balcony are outstanding. Anita is a wonderful as well.

A much needed getaway-location was beyond perfect, if we were any closer to the pristine sea we would have been in it, right on West Bay beach yet being on the upper level we had seclusion and privacy when needed. Getting fresh banana bread from the sweet beach vendor is a must. Ana was amazing and so friendly-we had asked for the whereabouts to buy a deck of cards on a rainy day and she went out of her way to buy us some and bring them to us!! Incredible customer care-she is easily available for any help and or recommendations. We left relaxed and rested. We will be back.

The condo was everything it said it would be. Loved the beach front views and the hugeness of the condo, very comfortable. Anita is a superb manager, very attentive and on top of everything. She even was our morning breakfast chef!

We’ve been staying in West Bay for years and this is about as good as it gets. Spacious condo, sunset views from patio, close to market and restaurants, and RIGHT on the beach. Beach towels, bottled water, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. provided. Decent kitchen with all the appliances and dishes you need and the ice maker even makes purified ice! Beds and linens comfortable enough and individual AC units in each bed room, which is great because electricity is expensive on the island. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and would certainly return.

I absolutely Loved staying at this unit . It is located on the BEST beach of the island. This unit is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas Making it easy to fully relax. The property manager was quick in responding any needs and was amazing . She also is a chef ! She cooked for us two nights . She sends you a menu for you to choose and buys all the groceries . Her food is AMAZING! We REALLY enjoyed her food and relaxing after a fun day in the sun . It is a very safe area and there is a guard at all times . The only reason I didn’t give and overall rating of 5 stars is because I believe the items below could be improved : - washer and dryer combo are old and the dryer does not dry well and takes forever - furniture (Cushions ) in living room and balcony could get re-done or upgraded - curtains in bedrooms could be darker as they are currently a thin white curtain and the sun comes in pretty early - we had no water the night we got there , but Ana got it fixed the very next morning I LOVE visiting Roatan and this is a great condo! We will definitely be back !

Absolutely the best location in west bay. You are literally right on the water. We loved sunsets on the balcony which allowed us some privacy from the crowds while still being on the beach. Also steps away from some of the best snorkeling in the Caribbean. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and a nice kitchen.

The stay at the Condo was great! This was my 8th time to Roatan and it was great to be abke to walk out right onto West Bay Beach! Woudl definately recommend! Joe

From the moment we walked through the doors we were blown away by the spectacular ocean view from the 20ft wide floor the ceiling glass wall, the romantic sunsets 🌅 are what you dream about, the location on the beach could not be better, we were near everything that was fun and happening. The condo is large 2500 sq ft. It is very private ( we had our own beach chairs that were set up exclusively for us each day), Best relaxing sleep on a vacation, The bed linens are 100% Egyptian cotton 1000 TC made by Hotel Collection( Just like when I was staying at the Ritz) Hotel Collection bath towel sheets, Lacoste beach towels, beds are Tommy Bahama, mattresses were high quality and so comfortable. professional chefs kitchen, fully stocked, BBQ, All Clad cookware. and waffle maker (unheard of in a rental) Keurig coffee maker for K-Cups ( we brought our favorite coffee) but we also used the Espresso maker,, lots of nice wine and martini glasses, water filters with UV light kept us safe (no stomach illness like our last trip) back up generator was quiet . Anita the on site property manager is a doll, she took care of us like we were family, gave us great restaurant recommendations, saved us lots of time, she went to the supermarket to buy us groceries, then went out to buy ginger after we forgot it, she even got a stroller for us the us and a pack and okay for the baby. Anita even brought in a doctor to do Covid -19 in our condo tge day before we left, so we were cleared to fly in the privacy of our condo not at some clinic with sick people and lots of tourists. It’s been said that West Bay Beach is the nicest beach in the Caribbean top 10 in the world I could not agree more, great food, snorkeling, fishing & water taxi with captain Brooks was so much fun, Recommend the Mangroves tour, South Shore zip lining was a blast and the best part we could walk to everything we wanted from this safe central location. Coral Sands 4 is better than any of the units in this boutique condo development because it sticks out and is closest to the water than any other condo, You have ocean views and up the entire beach views. The condo was very spacious for our family of 8 traveling with 3 generations ( 3 months to 83 years old.) we did not feel cramped. This was the best vacation we ever had, we are booking every year now, we found our paradise and we can’t wait to come back, we highly recommend Coral Sands 4, next year we are staying for 2 weeks.

We had a delightful time at this stunning property in West Bay. It is literally the best property in West Bay—which has the nicest beach. The sunsets are spectacular! The property is clean and the furnishings are lovely. Just a short walk down the beach is a reef where you can snorkel. There are also some great restaurants just a few steps away. Our family had a great relaxing stay and we highly recommend this property.

We loved our 2 week stay at Coral Sands. There were 3 couples, all seniors and we could not have found a better location. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony was breathtaking and being able to open all three of the large window panels to the fresh air and warm Caribbean breeze made it extraordinary. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable & the a/c kept us cool. Great food & entertainment could be found nearby in many places as you stroll down the beach and more to be found in the West End just a short water taxi ride away. The kitchen was well stocked for dining in and there was no shortage of towels & beach towels. Friendly security guards kept a close watch 24/7 and set up umbrellas & beach lounge chairs for us daily. Our hostess Ana was very friendly and attentive & was only a WhatsApp call or message away and was quick to respond to any issues or requests that we had. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful Coral Sands condo to families or a group of friends.

Our stay was one of the best family vacations we’ve had since before COVID. We typically do a family vacation every year but, this was the first since COVID. It was My parents, My brother and Sister and my Fiancé who stayed. This condo was way better in person than all the pictures!!! Check in was so easy as well! The fact that we could open the sliding doors all they way and sit on the back porch and look at the beach and ocean and listen to the waves and people watch and run down and grab our fresh banana bread every morning was amazing!!! There’s a washer & dryer so it was easy to have clean clothes if we needed!! Our beach access was so easy! Just walk right out back and out chairs were right there! We really loved that there was 24hr security. It really made us super comfortable during our visit! The manager was just amazing and she was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. She met us when we arrived and then met us when we departed as well! They even provided us with 3 gallons of water for our stay! Easy access to the main road and parking for our moped rentals was awesome too. Plenty of space to cook and just to hang out with the family. Our next visit we will definitely be staying here again! We will be bringing our kids to stay as well! If I could give 10 stars I would! It does have AC so your able to sleep comfortably at night, and we loved we were able to go grocery shopping and cook breakfast on our own and make fresh coffee as well! If you don’t have snorkeling gear, they have some available along with fins as well as tommy Bahama chairs too! We loved everything about this place and we look forward to coming back for 2 weeks!!! This is really the premier location in West Bay - one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It was the perfect location for our family - wife and I with our 3 adult children and their spouses. When you look out the sliding doors over the deck you feel like you can jump right into the water. West Bay beach is a great vacation spot and for a group of 6-8 you are not going to find a better place to enjoy all that it has to offer. The property owner was also very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make out stay easy and enjoyable. His local property manager was also very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

From beginning to end this rental was beyond expectations. Communication was impeccable leading up to and during our stay. Ana, the superstar manager, fluent in English will help with any needs prior to arrival ( transportation, recommendations, food, cooking…) and will greet you promptly with a warm welcome and a quick tour of the property. The condo has a functional open plan layout that makes sharing with friends easy and private. Of course, above everything is the large well appointed balcony where you will spend most of your time. With its perfect location set right in the center of beautiful West Bay Beach… literally everything is at your fingertips. You could spend hours just watching the world go by until the sun sets. Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen necessities and the clothes dryer came in handy. You don’t have to think twice about this one. You will not be sorry. *** An extra note that deserves its own space.*** During our stay we unfortunately experienced a significant medical emergency. If you’re familiar with roatan and have never been in this predicament the panic and helplessness cannot be properly expressed. I called Ana. The role she played from that moment was nothing short of miraculous. She responded immediately and took control of the entire situation. She called an ambulance first and then came to our aid. She accompanied to hospital , translated, registered, fetched medication and escorted the patient home after treatment. All after 8pm. We needed a miracle in that moment and she was sent. The next day she arrives with flowers and inquiry about my friend. Our gratitude and appreciation to her is endless. These situations tend to bond people. Big thank you to Anita (property manager) and Richard for a fantastic experience in Roatan. This is my fourth visit to Roatan and undoubtedly the best. Anita made herself readily available in case any issues arose. The condo itself is in an idea location. The second floor location is ideal for privacy and offers unrivaled views of the beautiful ocean and beach goers. The beds were comfortable and the condo was nice and quiet at night. Great hosts and condo. I give my highest recommendations!

The location is amazing and there was plenty of room for my family of 6. Anita, the property manager, was great to work with! She met us when we checked in and answered all of our questions. We loved being so close to the beach and watching the sunset on the balcony each night. The kitchen was stocked good enough for our needs, but it does need more dish towels. The dishwasher stunk so bad we didn't even dare use it, so we washed all of our dishes by hand and didn't have enough towels to keep up with that. The pictures make the property look updated, but the furniture is worn and the TV crackled so loudly when we turned up the volume that it made watching TV difficult. When we arrived there were a lot of little bugs (I believe sand flies) in one of the bedrooms, but luckily there was bug spray in the closet and once we sprayed, we didn't have any more problems. The back bathroom also had a strong unpleasant odor most of the time. You won't find many condos with a better beach location. There's a lot going on around it, but it was still quiet and we always felt safe with an on-site guard. But for the price we paid, we did expect some of the amenities to be more updated like the couches and TV.

The location of this property on West Bay beach is awesome. Beautiful views from the balcony and it was like having your private beach in front of the condo. Within minutes you can be snorkeling a beautiful reef not more than a 100 yards from the condo. We felt safe at the condo and while in the island. Communication with the owner and Anita was very good and very responsive. On-site security guard Guillermo was super helpful and was always watching out for us. The condo was spacious and clean. Could use some Mai or maintenance and some upgrades like furniture. Also the WIFI was very slow but for some reason allowed us to stream movies OK.

Wonderful condo, sooo worth your money!! We loved it! They have great extra services like airport transport, in house chef, Covid testing. The manager made an excellent job making sure we enjoyed our experience. Extremely recommend it.
