Very clean and great location

This is a great place. Very beachy and clean. The newly renovated kitchen is beautiful. It is on the 3rd floor. I stayed here for a week with a 2 and 4 yr old. Thank god my kids got over the fear of the concrete steps with no back or id have been in trouble. You can see the ocean from the bedroom window. It’s in a great location. The pool area is very small. The owners are very nice! Will book again.

My family and I stayed here for vacation. The owners were super nice. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was walking distance from he beach and boardwalk. The pool/pool area was also clean. It overall was a great place to stay. We would stay again.

We loved it. It is a very clean and nice property, the owner was super friendly when giving me the information, and the location was perfect for us.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Excellent location. And the owner was the greatest, his communication went above and beyond! Beautifully decorated and we loved how it was stocked with spices and supplies. Def recommend and will be staying here again in the future!

Condo is as listed. Great price for the location. It's drop dead in the center of everything and a super short walk to the boards. Fireworks are lit at the end of the street and you are right between the 2 major piers. Condos are quiet and everyone is friendly. The manager on site is very helpful as well with whatever you need. (he is the condo directly below this one) *notes* the parking spots are very tight and the one for this unit is next to support columns. Just a heads up for people with large vehicles.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this newly remodeled condo. The apartment and the entire property are well maintained and clean. The common areas are comfortable with no towels hanging over balconies, 2 nice barbecues, tables with chairs and a common laundry. The beach is enormous and well maintained. Bring your bikes and locks to keep them outside on bike rack. The outdoor pool is small but my daughter loved it anyway. The owner is responsive, friendly and helpful- a pleasure to deal with! The place is one block to the boardwalk, with all three of Morey's Piers, Island Bagels, liquor store, Dunkin Donuts, etc. nearby. We plan to return next year and highly recommend this VRBO.

The condo was immaculate and nicely decorated. Convenient and close to the beach and boardwalk. The communication with the owner was great. Overall a great process.

I hesitate to post this review because I'd rather keep this place all to myself. Only a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach but better yet it's the closest boardwalk entrance to Mack's Pizza there is! The condo itself is exactly as described and very clean. The owner is very responsive. Some of the other units are owner occupied and those owners are very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying again!

This condo was the perfect fit for our family! It was recently remodeled and tastefully decorated with coastal decor. It was also clean and well maintained. It was located right in the heart of Wildwood and within walking distance of everything, including the boardwalk. The owner was very personable and responsive to all questions. The pool was perfect for cooling off in! We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Had a very successful and enjoyable experience renting this property would recommend everyone to go there that is with small family! Perfect location very quiet at night , Small pool and very enjoyable will definitely be renting this property again next year! The owner and his wife are very friendly and nice people they keep the property 100%!

Excellent place!!! Very clean and very close to the beach/boardwalk. Place is exactly as featured in the photos. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is small but very nice,well renovated and adequate household supplies,we enjoyed the grill too! Thank you!!

This condo was just as described, nicely renovated and fairly clean (Im a bit OCD & thought the bathroom/fridge could of used a more thorough cleaning, but the kids and my fiance said I would of re- cleaned it anyway lol). The unit was nicely stocked w/ condiments, paper towels/plates, spices etc. Most VRBO homes I've rented do not have those extra necessities included, which was a nice change. The condo is small but efficient, I stayed with my fiance and our 2 teenage sons aged 12 &14. The adults took the room and the boys camped together on the sleeper sofa (which they said was comfortable). There are 2 queen beds in the room and you could sleep 4 in the room if you don't mind sharing a room. One night my youngest son slept in the room w/ us after watching a movie, but we used that 2nd queen bed to hold our Suit cases most nights so it wasn't as useful to our group. The beach and boardwalk are literally behind the complex and across the street, so the proximity to everything was awesome. The area itself is a bit sketchy after dark when all the young adults and teens come out to party. Our 2nd night there, about fifty young adults(16-20yrs old) were outside screaming & yelling down our street. Suddenly a group of them started fighting (or jumping I should say since it was 5 kids punching 1 kid & then another person came over with a bat) right under our condo stairs. I had to yell down at them that I was calling police because I was genuinely concerned that the 1 kid was going to be seriously injured. I'm glad my kids were inside already passed out from a long day in the sun. I enjoyed the proximity to the fun during the days but it seemed to be chaotic with teenagers after 9pm every night & that kinda ruined the area for me. The condo itself was great, but unfortunately it's convenient location to the board walk was convenient for all the trouble makers too. North wildwood and wildwood crest seemed a little more peaceful for my liking. But if you don't mind the younger crowd and "excitement" that I call chaos then this condo is perfect for you and is only a 3 min walk to everything you could need.
