This was a great place for my family to stay while visiting friends. My kids especially appreciated tvs in all the bedrooms. Lol. Lots of amenities in the house, and great decor. The furniture could use some updating in the living room, but that’s it. Owner may want to spend a weekend there to see some of the things that could be updated. Also pest control needs to be a thing. We saw several bugs while staying. Great communication with the owner tho. Thank you!

clean, quiet and comfortable

We stayed here for the NASCAR race. Its about 30 min away. There are plenty of places to eat, and a walmart to buy what you need. Condo was very nice. 3 bedrooms and a couch to sleep on was perfect for our party of 6. Jeffery was quick to resolve a booking error (on their end)

From start to finish, things couldn’t have gone better. Our host was on it. Every time I reached out to Jeffry, he responded within a very short amount of time. The house was lovely. Very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we needed a space in the area. Book it!

Our family of 4 stayed here after Christmas for 4 nights to visit family. It was the most CLEANEST place I've ever stayed! NOT KIDDING!! It was easy to find and in a good location. The communication with the owner was great. They have a guest book filled with lots of information about local suggestions, wifi and check-out instructions. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with a set of four place settings and lots of other kitchen necessities. There was coffee available for your first morning so you don't have to rush out to the grocery store. Aldo grocery store is very close but didn't open til 9am so I ventured down the street about a mile to Food Lion which worked out great. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms so bring your own as well as no kitchen towels but they had paper towels to dry your dishes. There is a dishwasher which they provided soap for. The bedrooms are upstairs with two full baths and a 1/2 bath downstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Jeff was a great host, and communicated promptly. The property was beautiful and extremely home-like and nice. The master bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely decorated, good location close to the NC research campus. Clean duplex w all that you need.

This place was immaculate! Open, comfy, and right on the other side of Downton Kannapolis. We really enjoyed the house and location. Will be back!!

Shopping close by. Property was nicely decorated and clean. Towels,Linens and dishes all provided.

We always stay here when we come to town. It’s peaceful and clean and well kept. Will continue to book here every time we come to town.

My oldest daughter go to college in Salisbury NC and we are from NYC. I have 3 other young who travels with my husband and I. I really felt at home. I was able to cook, clean clothes and make my family’s environment comfortable. Thank you I will definitely stay again

I booked a 4 night stay for myself and two friends traveling for work. Was not sent the check in information until 2 hours after check in time. Messaged and called the host and got no response, had to call VRBO and sat on the phone for 20 minutes until they finally got in contact with the host. Finally I check in at 7p.m, and the house had not been cleaned since the last guest. Towels on the floor in bathrooms, trash in the cans, sheets crumbled up on the bed. I take pictures, message the host asking if we can just refund and cancel the stay, and got not response. Called VRBO, they could not get in contact with the host. At this point I had to book a hotel room. Still no response from VRBO or the host I message again the next day at 2 p.m, and get a response at 9p.m saying I will be refunded half because cleaners could have come the night before, yet I got no response for 26 hours. Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with, hope it doesn’t happen to the next guest.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The description was point on. Very clean and comfortable. 15 minutes from the Charlotte Motor Speedway . The owner was responded quickly to our text messages. Had a fantastic weekend with friends.

We rented this property for the weekend while we attended a race event at Zmax Dragway. The location was very convenient to the track, groceries and restaurants. The home was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for three adults. The space allotted for the queen air mattress wasn't adequate but the air mattress could be placed elsewhere in the home for somene to sleep. That was truly the only "negative." TVs and bathrooms for all. Quiet neighborhood. We are definitely saving this location for future race weekends!

We use Vrbo a lot and this is one of the few times where the house was BETTER than the pictures on the listing!! Very, very clean home and smelled terrific! The decor was all very nice, the home was very bright. The beds were firm, but a good firm where you eventually sink into a great nights sleep. The hot water never ran out as two of us took showers at the same time! The internet is the FASTEST I have ever had in a Vrbo unit!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking / serving. The unit is a duplex and someone was next door, but we never heard a sound! There were TONS of restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. HIGHLY recommend this unit!!!

My family needed a place to stay while we got some work done on our house. This was the perfect place for us. It was spotless, plenty of room, beds were super comfy, kitchen was stocked, and owner was very responsive and accomodating. I highly recommend it!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Kannapolis! This condo was clean from top to bottom and had everything you need. We met the owner, Jeffery, he was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!
