Hosts were responsive, area was nice but the house is old and outdated. The photos don’t match reality, it looks nicer in the pics, and the camera angle makes the rooms look bigger but they are small. Living room is very small and cramped, overall this house is not worth $500/night. Clear foundation issues give the feeling that you are walking up or down a slight ramp upstairs. Stairs are steep and narrow, railing is broken and not safe, bathrooms are nice but there is no toilet downstairs, only a shower and sink. Rooms with bunk beds are small and cramped, bunk beds are not sturdy. Refrigerator was not cold, there were wasps on the patio so we couldn’t use it at all, there were bugs coming out of 2 light fixtures in the bedrooms and the house was not as clean as I would have liked, we had to sweep up dead begs. We wasted our money and ended up sleeping in a hotel after the first night; I won’t rent again. If you are on the fence, pass on this one and follow your gut.

We had a great time during our stay! Our extended family got together for a lake trip - there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds for everyone to be comfortable, and the living areas were large enough to accommodate everyone. We also enjoyed the large yard for the kiddos and proximity to the lake. Less than 5min to the marina so it was easy to safely store the boat overnight and access during the day.

We always take a short trip as a family after Thanksgiving hustle. We are a family of first cousins that have raised our children as first cousins. This space was perfect. The views were beautiful. I do not think the listing gave it enough credit. The kids had an amazing time and were so excited about having their own rooms. It was clean, easy and relaxing. We would 5/5 recommend you stay here. The great room was a huge plus so the kids could have an additional space and loved the games.
