Overall this is a nice place. House was clean and had everything we needed. Only downside at this time is the new construction going on next door. I will be back soon.

Love this house and location. Disappointing, howvever, to discover construction right next door in the adject plot thus noise and construction workers.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and cozy- had a great view for morning sunrises. It had everything we needed. Close to downtime and the public beach. It was our first time visiting Rockport and we truly enjoyed it!

We stayed for 5 days and it was lovely! Beautiful clean house in a great location close to the public beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved. Vacasa was great, they were very responsive, thank you to Jeff and the staff there. My family and I would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful and scenic views of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be looking forward to renting this home again.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! We had a great time cooking and playing board games here after a day at the beach. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable in. You will love it here! Also the view of the ocean from the front deck was amazing!

Stayed here with family, including small children, to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday, and it was very fun, clean and safe! They had everything provided for us including dish soap, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, very modern laundry machines, full size fridge with freezer, lots of cooking ware and other kitchen essentials to cook meals at home. It was a very comfortable home and I loved how it was decorated. Only 8 minutes from the main beach but you could see the ocean from the house where there are private piers.

We had such a nice stay perfect location loved the beach and front porch. Super clean would definitely be back.

This was such a pretty home. The decor was perfect for a beach house. They most everything we could have needed. Would have liked to have a throw to use on the sofa. There were no beach chairs available to use on the property, so we purchased a couple at Walmart. We did not utilize the bbq grill, it looked quite rusted and not very safe to put food on. The property manager was very nice and took care of a couple little things that came up while we were there. Only other suggestion would be to upgrade your sheets and bath towels. Sheets were rough as were the towels. However, the beach towels were very nice and a great amenity. Overall, we loved Bay View Breeze and would return at any time!!

This property was immaculate! Very nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and fully equipped home with everything you need for a couple or full family fun. This home has a great view of the sunrise on water from the peaceful patio or even the dinner table. Close to all the beautiful places in Rockport. So much more to compliment! We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rockport. The house was comfy, clean & decorated so beachy. Great flow, storage, appliances & gas grill. The neighborhood is great for a walk. Quiet & relaxing. Close proximity to shopping. Beds/couches/outside seating all comfy. Everything was so great. They truly took care of every detail including labels & little signs here & there. Until, I took a shower. A cold shower. Apparently, there is a tiny “heads up” on confirmation that reveals the fact that the cold is hot/hot is cold. Fair warning to future patrons. I had a cold shower b/c I failed to read everything & open every link on the email. I called Vacasa, and she quickly pointed out that it was my fault that I had a cold shower due to not reading every little thing provided in confirmation. Lesson learned. However, once we figured this out, we had no other issues & we really enjoyed our stay! The sunrises from balcony & views of bay were gorgeous. The actual local beach area was about a 10 minute drive from property, but very doable. Cost $10 per car for beach entrance. The coastal breezes were so nice. A very nice stay after my shower!!

We made a wonderful choice on picking this house. It was a beautiful house and had a neat inside. Everything was organized and had a lot of stuff that was useful. We loved it and would love to spend another night in the house again. Thank you so much for letting us use the house for our vacation.

Located in a great neighborhood, minutes walk from the water. Furnishings and decor were lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable, modern, clean, and charmingly decorated. Conveniently located. Lots of nice pots , pans, utensils, and dishes. No supplies except salt and pepper and a tiny bit of cooking oil. Only two dish cloths for a week’s stay. No Kleenex. No instructions. No welcome basket. Hard to communicate with management company.

This house was great, it was recently remodeled, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. close to all the stuff in Rockport and only a 30 min drive to Corpus Christi. Could maybe use a few more dishwasher and laundry pods and a few boxes of kleenexs would be nice but we got by. some kind of gas fire pit for cool evenings on the deck or below on the patio area would be nice, but the outdoor seating was nice and usable.

Absolutely gorgeous home! We loved the design and layout of the house. It was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It was also just a short walk to the water.

Pictures are exactly what you get! Beautiful house, ocean view, close to shops. Only downfall we had was the second room doesn’t have a usable closet. But plenty of room in the dresser. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property was perfect. So tastefully decorated and comfortable. Extended our stay as soon as we walked in. Vacasa staff were responsive and very friendly. We had some hiccups with internet. Totally out of their control but they tried. We will be back there for sure!

The entire home was breathtaking. A perfect blend of comfort and style. The kitchen is more stocked than any other place we have stayed. I actually ended up baking sourdough bread during our visit! The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms both have double vanities and the master bath shower is a retreat all its own. We relaxed in the living room every evening. It was hard to get out of the house each day to be honest. The location is great too. Just far enough away from the crowds to have quiet evenings on the deck and yet close enough for driving anywhere within 10 minutes or less. The neighborhood is very quiet and has friendly neighbors when you see them. We walked two blocks to the beach area in front of the house and snagged some great seashells! All and all, we WILL stay here again. Thanks for the home away from home, actually better than our home... Till next time.
