We had a wonderful vacation in Beachaven, the condo was beautiful, clean and was a perfect location for access to the beach and all that l.b.I has to offer. Chris couldn’t have done any more to make us feel at home, the use of the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and two bikes was an awesome bonus! We would highly recommend this rental property. Great place! Close to everything

This was a great condo for a week away for my wife and I. Plenty of room for two people. It’s a great location, right off the beach. Also close to town for easy walking or biking to. The owner is very easy to communicate with too. Would definitely stay here again.

Chris' condo was the perfect spot for a beach get-a-way. The place itself was just lovely, clean and well appointed. Our adult children live close by and were in and out all week, with the perfect space for them to change after the beach or spend the night. The balcony was a wonderful place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise. You are steps away from the beautiful Pearl Street Pavilion (where we got married) and the relaxing beach. All types of restaurants await just a short walk away, from the elegant Gables (our wedding spot) to the relaxing Barry's (best cheesesteaks). Ice cream at the WooHoo is the way to end a summer day at the beach. Chris was a wonderful host, available to answer any of our questions at any time of day! My family just completed our week staying at this lovely condo. I would highly recommend it to anyone! The location is just perfect, right off the beach. The owner of the property is such a pleasure to work with and they have done such a wonderful job maintaining this home… the balcony faces the ocean and is a great way to start off the day eating my breakfast & listening to the waves! The size was just right for me and my two young adult sons. I hope we can return to this location for years to come!

We loved our stay at this property. The owners were fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. The condo was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, steps to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
