We took an adults only trip for the weekend and had the best time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed at several places near Destin and this was by far the best experience we’ve had thus far. We have zero complaints. Everything was wonderful. The people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be bringing our girls back to stay in this condo.

This was our first trip to the waterscape resort and it will always be our go to from here on out! Condo B408 was everything we needed and more highly recommend this condo and resort to everyone! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Property and room @ Waterscape was perfect as usual. We have stayed in this room 3xs and never have any complaints. LVP flooring is a nice upgrade. Master bed is firm but comfortable. Room was clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils/dishes/cookware.

The location, room, amenities and the beach were all top-notch! We would definitely book ehre again!

As a mother traveling with her two kids, I felt like this condo was safe. Also for the pools and beach view. Upon arrival, enter your gate code to the garage and follow the signs. Be cautious while taking the turns in the garage since it is a tight squeeze. It's 5MPH zone so watch out for other vehicles/guests. Park on the first turn onto level 4. This is where B units are located. The walk to the unit from the garage is a good distance. (Last unit before glass double doors) You will pass the elevator on your right that will take you down to the pool/beach access area. Trash chute is next to this elevator. Have your arm bands with you if you are going to use the pool. There is a toy chest not far from exiting the elevator for you to use on the beach. First come, first serve. I didn't use the beach chairs and umbrella, but if you want to reserve, you would just need to tell the guys out on the beach your unit number. If your are a coffee drinker, you will need supplies for the Keurig Duo. Washer/Dryer worked just fine for me. Laundry pods, Dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish sponge, travel shampoo/conditioner, bar soap were provided. Plenty of bath and hand towels. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked just fine for all of our electronics. Didn't have Wifi interruptions while working on the trip. My original code to the keypad didn't work, but was resolved quickly upon my late arrival. I will definitely put this unit on my first pick on our future return.

Unit B408 was well appointed and up to date. It has good view of the ocean from the balcony. Appreciated having a really nice washer and dryer to use for towels and swimsuits.

This resort is very accommodating, the staff keep great communication with the guest, B408 was a very nice place for our family, perfect view while cooking and enjoying the sunrise and sunset! We will book this room again without hesitation!

The unit itself was great. Perfect space for our family of 5. You can tell it was renovated as the floors, bathroom vanities, etc. all look newer than some of the other units appeared to be. The view from the balcony was a good balance between the pool and the ocean. I would definitely choose this unit on this property again! Only annoyance was because there were no rugs, there was nothing to catch the sand from our shoes or from the beach stuff. We took our shoes off at the door, but I still had to sweep daily. Also, the management's cleaning company really needs to invest the time to mop with an actual mop/bucket between guests instead of just a Swiffer. The bottoms of our feet turned black from the dirty floors the very first morning we were there. (Before we even went outside to get the sand on our shoes to bring back inside. Ha!) I had a friend in another unit and without prompting she complained that her family's feet looked the same before they left their room to go outside the unit. Minor complaint though. The unit was great!

Beautiful room, loved the furniture outside. Dishes were put away with food on them. Pool gets very loud and full of screaming kids. (it is a family resort/ parents let kids run crazy cussing, yelling) maintenance looked at dryer and never returned to fix. Very loud squeak couldn’t sleep with the dryer on the whole week.

We had an amazing week at Waterscapes. B408 was even nicer than the photos portrayed. The staff was very attentive with any questions or requests we had. The Beach was beautiful…soft white sand and crystal clear water. Definitely plan on visiting again!

Long walk from parking garage to condo. Ceiling fans were very dirty. Dryer was very loud. Pillows uncomfortable.

We have been to Waterscape the past three years and never been disappointed. Grounds are well manicured, grills and pool areas are cleaned daily!! Room was in perfect condition!! - extra pillows and towels were a nice benefit! Property felt completely safe and secure. Chairs with umbrellas in the beach was another benefit. Kudos to the owners of 408B (thank you for such a lovely room/facility.

It was great! I was worried at first if the property would be as nice as it looked. It was better than expected! Clean! Nicely decorated. View was great! Pools were great! Ocean / beach was great and very close! Beach service was great with the umbrella and chairs! Great location! If you want to visit Destin it was such a close drive! The whole family loved our stay there! Can’t say enough things about it. We plan to be back!

The owners of B408 have gone to a great deal of trouble to make this unit a truly outstanding condominium. Everything is up to date, in top condition and spotless. This is a spacious condo. From the living room or the large balcony, we can see the ocean, the beach and Waterscape pools. Same view from the master bedroom. The Vacasa people, who manage the resort, are a pleasure to deal with. This is our fourth year at the Waterscape, and we couldn’t wait to get there. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Stayed for a week and loved it. Only complaint is that it did not have a regular coffee maker but it does have a Kurig. We go to Florida every year and this was our first time staying at Waterscaoe but won’t be the last. Can’t wait to come back.

This was our second visit to Waterscape.
The grounds are manicured daily. The pool area is always clean and grills are cleaned daily as well. The pool attendants were friendly/approachable and helped maintain appropriate behavior. I really enjoyed the courtesy call to check in virtually over the phone and our welcome bands and parking pass was in the room once we arrived. “Lisa” even follows up second today to ensure everything was as expected and provide support should we need it.

View was great from the unit. Furnishing was better then expected. Carpet in bedrooms needs replaced. Been to waterscape 12 times and this was one of the nicer units. Disappointed in half of the grills not working around the pools making it impossible to get a grill. Easy fix and shouldn't happen at a property that charges 300+ a night. I'm not talking 1 grill like 5 of them. That's on Vacasa not the unit owner. The building exterior does not seem to be as well taken care of as in the past. Again that is not on the unit owner. Maybe I'm just late in the season and see the abuse at this time of year from a busy summer.

My wife and I went over this past week to stay here at Waterscapes. This is a more than yearly trip for us, and out of ever condo we have stayed in at Waterscapes, this was one of the best by FAR! A great view, great location, and great amenities, with so much room to boot! We will definitely be coming back, to stay at this condo!

This is my 3rd stay at Waterscape, and I really loved this condo. Staff called me early to let me know the condo was ready early! I thought that was awesome. The location had a great view of the beach and pool area. Easy walk to the beach and back without having to drag a ton of food out in ice chests. Balcony has a lot of seating and table space. I love that Waterscape has so many elevators and you rarely have to wait long to get one. I also love that you can park on the same floor as your condo. The interior furnishings looked brand new. The beds and living room seating were very comfortable. One thing I could recommend to future guests is to grab a bag or two of ice because the ice maker doesn't really work too great. Waterscape has an ice dispenser and if it isn't working, Cash's across the street has ice and liquor. We had a really great stay here. I can't wait to go back!

This is the perfect vacation spot for anyone. We loved the view, amenities, location. Everything was great.
