We stayed in the cottage on the property, which is decorated in period antiques and is in immaculate condition. We were two blocks from Main Street, one block from the nightlife on 11th Street, and three blocks from the City park with access to the Cypress lined Medina River. When the weather is cool, you hardly need a vehicle to explore the entire area. A great find in an historic Texas town!

We could not have been more pleased with the property or the host. Toni was very communicative and a very pleasant host. Property was as expected and close to all that we wanted to do. Will consider going there anytime we go to Bandera

Cottage had all the comforts of home and was within walking distance of Main Street and the 11th Street Cowboy Bar. Enjoyed a live concert there then strolled back to our quiet cottage. Great weekend! Thanks so much!

The decor and careful choices you made with the furniture really makes it feel like a home. And I am such a sucker for mid century modern everything. close to the RV Park where I spent my days. The cottage is in a good location . Downtown is close and once inside you don't hear anything from outside. I enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch and watching the deer graze in the front yard.

Beautiful Bandera Bungalow
Just an excellent place to serve as basecamp for a stay in Bandera. Easy walk to main street and the park, but far enough away for quiet sleeping. The bed is soft, the AC and heater work great, plenty of warm water for showering and Toni has put a LOT of small touches throughout the place that really show she cares. Highly recommend.

This "post geriatric" couple thoroughly enjoyed a five night stay in Toni's amply furnished small cottage in the so-called Cowboy Capital of the world. We were especially pleased that Toni responded the first afternoon of our stay to resolve a problem with a defunct BBQ grill so we could enjoy "cookouts" for our evening meals. Rocking chair breakfasts and "Happy Hours" accompanied by deer wandering through the neighborhood were a special treat.

If I could leave 20 stars, I would. This little cottage is absolutely exceptional. It is the perfect little cottage for a couple. My husband and I came for our anniversary and Toni went above and beyond to make our weekend special. She has anything you could possibly need already there. And the bed is LITERALLY the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on.. We will DEFINITELY be back! Loved every second, and sad to leave!
