Condo had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, mattress was comfy and this unit was very close to the main heater pool! Close to restaurants and grocery store and basically anything you needed.

Well-maintained & nicely furnished condo — truly felt like a home away from home.
The quality of decor & furnishings show create a warm, inviting space. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, and the comfortable living area provided the perfect spot to unwind — with a great balcony view of spectacular sunsets.
Very comfortable bedding and a relatively quiet setting away from traffic, yet convenient to restaurants, groceries and many other businesses.
Check-in/check-out instructions were clear & easy follow.
Highly recommend this condo as a comfortable, welcoming space central to everything in Mesa & Gilbert — a genuine home away from home.

The property was well kept, instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and cleaning. The community pool was heated and the community is gated. I would stay here again.

We rented this nicely appointed condo due to its location being close to family. It was perfectly situated near Gilbert, with easy access to the freeway and local restaurants/stores. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Would rent again for sure!

My daughter, mother, and I stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. The unit is very comfortable and equipped with thoughtful furnishings. We enjoyed the fitness center and pool area daily. We also found plenty of restaurant choices in walking distance including smoothie bowls for breakfast, a grill pub for dinner, and an excellent sushi bar. Overall we enjoyed the unit, condo complex and surrounding area and plan to be back in the future.

Safe, clean, spacious
We were coming from out of town with my daughter to look at houses so we didn’t know the area. I was so pleasantly supposed at how clean, quite and spacious it was. For such a reasonable price I thought something would be wrong but it was the best stay! I would highly recommend! My daughter is 14 and loved it. Pool was nice and quite. We had a greets stay! So happy about the location as well. Center of everything! Close to downtown Gilbert was such a treat!

I enjoyed my stay great location very clean nice spacious condo! I flew in from Michigan with just a suitcase and this place had everything I needed and some! Nice heated pool, hot tub, and in walking distance of grocery store and nice restaurants! Will definitely rent again!

Property is in a great location with stores and restaurants near by. Condo was incredibly clean and comfortable. Host was the first ever to provide coffee, condiments, and toiletries. Such a great help not having to buy those items or bring them with us. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo is clean, has a really nice layout, and was quiet. Greg even left us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy. We would happily stay here again!
